Good Ingredients
I’m am an avid believer and user of supplements, but reviewing them is problematic, and my results may not be your results for these reasons:1) I am not a laboratory scientist, I do not play one on tv, nor do I know one, so who knows what’s exactly contained in them.2) It is difficult for consumers to see any actual difference in how you feel within a few days to a couple of weeks. Some supplements take as much as ninety days to see results.3) Even if we do notice a difference, we all take other meds or supplements that may affect our results one way or the other.4) We all have different physiologies, and are just different in so many ways (lifestyles etc). But we can hope for the best when we see others having positive actions going on, that are attributed to said supplements.So my personal non doctor opinion of my own results:This is one of those that is hard to measure. Since the ingredients are good there is no reason to doubt the science on this one.

Easy to Take
These gel capsules are smooth and a size that is easy to swallow. I like that the composition is without extra additives. I cannot comment on the ingredient quality but like the manufacturing standard that is advertised. I am hopeful they work to alleviate free radicals and assist in joint and brain health.

Just Resveratrol, Nothing Else…. Easy to Swallow Capsules…
I regularly use resveratrol in my diet. I like that these capsules are packed with just resveratrol and nothing else.Upon arrival the bottle had all safety seals intact. There were no funky smells upon opening. These are packed as easy to swallow capsules with a recommended serving of one capsule per day.I have had no adverse effects from using these. Although I take resveratrol daily, I cannot vouch for the health benefits of adding these to your diet.

Great Supplement
I’ve been taking Resveratrol Supplement for years, and I found this to be great for the price. I’ve read all the benefits of this supplement, and this pill has a good amount of milligrams required for daily consumption. The pillow was easy to swallow and no aftertaste and I like that you only have to take one a day I recommend for the supplement benefits and the price.

Quality Product
This is another great product from Bulksupplements. I’ve been using their stuff now for about a year now and everything I’ve gotten has been great. These capsules are easy to swallow, no weird taste or smell either. The bottle was sealed up nice and tight. No digestion issues to speak of. For the money you get a big supply. As far as the actual supplement goes its too early to notice and substantial difference (about two weeks taking it) but I do have better energy throughout the day. For the money this is a great deal.

I have used several supplements from Bulk Supplements and feel like it’s probably a better brand than some given the strict cGMP compliance and more importantly third party testing and no fillers. I ordered this Resveratrol because of the antioxidant, anti-inflammatory and improving cholesterol properties. This particular Resveratrol is made from Polygonum cuspidatum which is Japanese Knotweed rather than red grapes and is common in the supplement industry in the US. I don’t know of any way to measure if the product is actually working other than having a blood test.The capsules are a standard size, no odor and easy to swallow. There is no instruction as to whether it should be taken with or without food and there seems to be no consensus on that issue online. As with any supplement you may want to consult with your doctor prior to taking or at least do your own research.

These capsule seem to be of good quality as far as I can tell. These capsules have not caused any impact to my health that I can attribute to having taken this product. The bottle arrived safely sealed. I have used products from this company in the past and find them to be reliable for my needs.
