Great so far!
Looks like another great supplement from this company. I have used their products in the past and they have been around for a while so it gives me more confidence that this product is legit as compared to the no-name companies that have been popping up everywhere, often without even contact information. This product arrived sealed for safety in a well marked bottle. the expiration and lot number is well displayed. I love that the bottle is filled almost to the brim. I originally purchased from this company because they offered supplements at a discount for getting them in larger amounts and without the capsules. I found this a great way to save on costs for certain supplements that didn’t need capsules. I feel like this large bottle filled to the top is yet another example of passing the savings along to people by avoiding the waste. The soft gels are about the same size of typical omega 3 supplements, which means on the larger side, but not abnormal. I will mention that the smell of these is not pleasant, yet not a rancid smell, so I’m not sure if that is just how panax ginseng smells since I don’t have any to compare it to. I will update if I have any additional comments later but for now I think these look like a quality product.

Easy To Swallow Without Any Unpleasant Taste
This product arrived securely sealed and well-packaged to maintain its freshness and potency. The bottle contains 240 softgel capsules, providing a 240-day supply with a recommended dosage of 1 capsule daily. Each serving delivers 225 mg of Panax Ginseng extract. The capsules are free from artificial flavors, sugar, starch, gluten, soy, wheat, and sodium. They are a standard size, easy to swallow with water, and have no noticeable taste or aftertaste. Great price for a good supplement from an established company
I use supplements to help close the gap between modern nutrition levels in our food and the levels that were there when I was young. But, in my opinion, the supplement industry has both some of the highest integrity companies, and some of the lowest. So I try and give a detailed enough review to get to know the company and product better, to help you determine for yourself whether or not you want to try this one out.This bottle comes almost full to the neck, which is pretty rare nowadays!If used as directed it will last eight months(!).The expiration date on mine (THANK YOU for not printing it on the bottom!) is Jun 30, 2027.The softgels have a scent and taste that I associate with “vitamin,” and are easy to swallow with water.I like my supplements to say organic, non-GMO, GMP-certified, 3rd-party tested, and made in the USA. This says none of those.I look into the supplement companies I use because I’ve come across so many questionable ones.BulkSupplements.com is one of the companies whose supplements I have used the most over the years. But I still look into the supplement companies I use because I’ve come across so many questionable ones. The bulksupplements site is functional, and says they have COAs (Certificate of Authenticity) available for all their products. I don’t see a phone number but they do have a chat feature on the site, and they have a listing on Google Maps with both an address and phone number.I found an article from the end of 2023 done by an online lab which tested 15 supplements from BulkSupplements, and 1/3 of them did not pass. Reasons included some that contained almost none of the advertised supplement, one had toxic metals, and another had 2.75x more potassium chloride in it than was listed on the label (noteworthy because that is involved with electrical signaling of the heart). One thing I admire about them is that they went to work immediately to resolve those issues. Respect.If you are getting their products it’s also good to order from Amazon because based on online reviews there are quite a few unhappy direct order customers with regards to shipping and customer service issues.I seem to take longer than most to see results when starting a new supplement, but aside from not being wild that they chose to include soybean oil as an Other Ingredient, I like the softgels.Thank you for reading, I hope it was helpful.

Not standardized to the ginsenoside content
I have tried various brands of Panax Ginseng over the years to improve overall energy levels and endurance. Some brands were more effective than others but the quality varied with the lot# when reordering. The % total ginsenosides could be an indicator of the quality of the ginseng supplement. After 5 weeks, I have experienced no noticeable results with BulkSupplements Panax Ginseng Softgels. I contacted BulkSupplements through Amazon messaging about the % total ginsenosides. Their reply: “Our Panax Ginseng is not standardized to the ginsenoside content.” I don’t know why the BulkSupplements Panax Ginseng is not working for me. Could be that it is because I’m already pretty healthy and the most I can expect is continued support for Quality of Life. Perhaps this supplement will make a difference for you. This product is 3rd party tested but that only verifies the ingredients, not the amount of bioactive compounds and potency.

Shame on me for not reading the ingredients, but bulk supplements are usually so clean without extra added crap, I didn’t even give ordering their product a second thought. I order so many things from them but I am sorely disappointed with this product. Soy and beeswax in this! So much extraneous stuff that they don’t need and that I certainly don’t want in my supplements. Boo on you, Bulk Supplements.

I got this because I take Ginseng for the health benefits it may possibly have. A quick internet search of the benefits possibly associated with Ginseng will show quite the list imo. The studies are far from conclusive on any benefit but some of the studies do look encouraging imo. Many people like myself do notice a possible increase in stamina. It has been used for centuries for just about anything and everything imo. Considering all that it is possibly associated with healthwise, there may possibly be something to it. Its antioxidant activity has been noted in many studies. Longevity enthusiast prize this ingredient imo. Especially the ‘Panax’ form which some argue is more potent than the American or other types. As I have studied this ingredient several times in the past,, I keep finding possible evidence that encourages me to continue to take this ingredient. And I try my best to take the best type I can afford. Bulk supplements is a brand that I really like since they legitimately third party lab test all their products. That’s extremely important to me as I have unfortunately spent money on fakes in the past unknowing to me at the time. I also tend to think most all ingredients do better possibly in softgel form with the possible benefit of preserving the integrity of the ingredient. I have taken Ginseng mostly in liquid form but very happy to see these in softgel form for the convenience that allows. The dosage with just 1 soft gel is 225 mgs which is spot on with what I take. Notice too this in extract form which sometimes may possibly lead to better concentrations of the active biochemicals found in an ingredient. When I take Ginseng what I notice most is my energy levels. I also think my immune health is affected since I do better with the seasonal sniffles and what not imo. With this bottle having 240 softgels in them I’m set for a while and all smiles about that. These are easy to take and I had no sides. I definitely recommend this product and Hope this was Helpful.
