Overall, this is a good PEA supplement, and the capsules appear to be well made. The product arrived fresh, well sealed, and the ingredient list is straightforward, which I always appreciate.My biggest criticism is the formulation. I really wish this used micronized PEA or was offered in a softgel. Because PEA is poorly water soluble, formulation can influence how readily it is absorbed, and micronized forms are commonly used to improve dispersion. A softgel formulation would also be an interesting option.Interesting fact: Palmitoylethanolamide (PEA) is a fatty acid amide that has been studied for its role in supporting the body’s natural inflammatory and pain-regulating processes.
