For me no night time use.
Been taking this however i can not use at night: seems to mess up my sleeping. Sleep 4hrs up 30 then back an asleep for 2 hrs. Up for 30 then back to sleep for another hr. I stopped going back to sleep after I woke up after the 2hrs..Confirmed stopped taking before bed. Sleep has really improved cognitive is better also. Can say yes this will stay in my routine…

I gave this 3 stars because I see no noticeable change except it seems to have screwed with my sleep. I get two to three hours’ sleep and then up for at least 2 hours, then it is up and five or so hours later, I am hit with fatigue, then I must sleep at least one hour. This just might be me. I am going to go one more round and see. Will stop taking them in the evening.
