Near instant vitamin B12 – Excellent
The bulk essentials pure vitamin B12 liquid drops are quite nice. I was expecting, upon seeing the red fluid, the solution to have a less than stellar taste, perhaps some type of horrible flavoring, however this stuff tastes excellent! Great packaging as well. I’ve seen similar dropper solutions being shipped around in cardboard boxes that belong on retail shelves and arriving damaged. Here, we get this excellent cylindrical product packaging. For this price point, for some pure B12 liquid drops, you can’t ask for much more. Almost always am I finding myself needing solo vitamins, now, and finding that if I am in dietary or perhaps pharmacological need for specific ones, I am always out of luck because almost all B12 I have currently come with two to a dozen more active ingredients. Thus, this bespoke, aqueous solution is a major win over any type of tablet form you’d find at the grocery store. Also a major win, is that the doses are just a half mL here, and that you don’t have to take that much of the solution (even though its quite pleasant to do so) – additionally, I’ve found that I’ve been able to just throw it into pre-workouts. Its nice because its quite red, and so I can tell whether or not I’ve actually done this or not because of the red indicator (everyone acquainted with the gym knows the struggle of getting everything together beforehand, sometimes when mixing pre you’ll forget to add certain elements, depending on the complexity)Overall, pretty smart chemical engineering here and increased utility over competitors. That’s kind of an important thing since you are more likely to absorb it in your mouth than in your stomach.Gauging the effectiveness can be a little tricky, because the body stores B12 so efficiently. It didn’t make any difference, but I’m not deficient either.They use methylcobalamin, which is the form required if you carry certain genes. I also like the fact they only use three ingredients. B12 has a natural red color and they only add water and glycerin, which I assume helps make it a little thicker or stickier so it will flow with more control and stay under your tongue. In any case, the quality seems to be good. There’s no weird smell or taste.The price isn’t exactly a bargain, but it’s not bad considering this is a two month supply.

Game changer for the vitamin B12 deficient
I was diagnosed with a severe B12 deficiency despite eating plenty of red meat. I did not want to get injections at a doctor’s office.Given that it is likely the case for me and many others that our digestive tracts don’t extract sufficient b12 from foods, it is better to find a b12 supplement that is taken under the tongue to get into the bloodstream more directly. This product serves that need and helps me avoid needing any huge tablets that are hard to swallow and potentially less effective.For the 2 weeks I took this consistently every morning per instructions, I did notice a spike in energy levels after months of low energy. The bottle is high quality and I feel I can trust it. Using is easy and no bad flavors.For me this is a great value for money given what an important thing it accomplishes for me in a manner far more convenient than alternatives.Haven’t noticed any side effects, stomach seems to be able to handle it even on empty.

Easy to take B12 liquid form.
This is the first time I’ve taken vitamin B12 in a liquid form. It is definitely easier to take 1/2 a dropper than it is to swallow a tablet or capsule. I take a handful of vitamins every day, 3 times a day so if I can reduce the amount of vitamins that I have to swallow, I’m all for it. I like this B12 as it is in the form of methylcolabamin which is naturally derived. At 30ml per bottle, this bottle should last at least 60 days. I usually take 1000 mcg of B12 so at 1/4 of a dropper, I can really stretch this bottle for a good 90s days if not more. I have found B12 to be very effective with maintaining a healthy nervous system and energy level. Overall, I’m very happy with this B12 as it has a decent taste andI find it easy to take in the morning. Recommend. This product is made in the USA.
