Zinc isn’t something I take every day, but I like to have it on hand for when I start to feel like I’m fighting something off. These zinc tablets are a small size, have no taste or smell, and are easy to swallow. A serving size is 1 tablet and there are 180 in the bottle.These contain fillers which is the reason for the one star deduction.They are made in the USA in a cGMP compliant facility and are 3rd party tested. Expiration date for the bottle I received is 8/28—almost three years out from the date I received it.

Good quality, easy to swallow zinc tablets. I’ve been taking zinc as part of my wellness routine and I was happy to try this brand.
