That’s a lot of vitamin C
I’m all about getting my daily dosage of vitamins, herbs and spices every day. I got this one because it’s a lot of Vitamin C and I worry that I need more. I don’t detect a taste. It’s easy to swallow. I can’t see any changes yet, but I’m sure over time, I will! I’m happy with it.

Was taking 1000mg per day for yeearsI like the idea of upping that to 1500 mg by taking 2 capsules in the morning every dayThis is a 2 1/2 month supplyNO PROBLEMS with the extra 500 mg or taking it everyday on an empty stomach so very pleased with this buffered versionI also normally suffer from acid reflux and has not been a problem at allCONStates 5 months which is plausible if one takes 750 per day, but then its not 1500 mg as the bottle say.I did not deduct a star as this is simple math that we all can do, however IMHO it should read 5 month supply if taking 750 per day, recommended dosage is 1500 mgBottom-line I am a fan of this product

750mg caps — no heartburn.
The 1,500mg vitamin C capsules are really 750mg, so a dose is two caps. But that’s not really a problem for me. Perhaps a double size capsule would have been too large for easy swallowing. These 750mg are a comfortable swallow, with or without water.I bought these for the occasions when I miss taking my regular 1,000mg ascorbic acid during the day and want some vitamin C at bedtime. I have found that I can experience symptoms of heartburn when I take ascorbic acid without food and then lay down for sleep so I wanted to try vitamin C in the form of calcium ascorbate. And it works — no more late night heartburn!

A little large for comfortable swallowing. Do not upset my stomach at all. After several weeks I think they are helping.( I bruise easily and C is good for skin and veins).
