Not For Me
I wish I could have tolerated these gummies (bummies?) because I love everything about the esthetic — from the packaging, to the brand’s sense of humor — and even how the gummies look (like two perfectly round glutes). Unfortunately, I had to spit them out because I nearly threw up. In fairness, this has happened to me before with a different brand of expensive creatine gummies (I love that brand, too, and use several of their other products), but something about these really made me gag. I will stick to the ones I currently use that are tried and true.

Strongly-flavored, tasty creatine gummies
My wife says: These BubbleButt OMGB Creatine Gummies for Women – Build Rounder Glutes & Improve Muscle Tone, 5g Creatine Monohydrate Supplement for Strength & Recovery, Low Sugar, Low Cal, Tangerine, 30 SVG, Made in USA are hilariously named and worth a look for that alone. The round tangerine gummies are not too gritty and strongly flavored, so you MUST like big orange flavor to enjoy these. I personally prefer that my creatine gummies contain more creatine per gummy – there’s only 1 mg per gummy, so you need to take 5 to get a full 5 mg creatine dose, so these aren’t create for those on higher creatine regimes. However, if you want want to break up your consumption into smaller doses, this could be a good option. For me, 15 g of carbohydrates per serving (5 gummies, 5 mg of creatine) is too high, but your miles may vary.

Tasty Creatine Gummies, Though Results May Take Time
These gummies taste really good, which makes taking creatine much more enjoyable than swallowing another supplement. The tangerine flavor is pleasant, and I don’t find myself having to force them down.I haven’t noticed any obvious results yet, but I also haven’t been using them long enough to know whether that’s simply a matter of time. I’m going to keep taking them consistently and see how things progress.For now, the taste is definitely a win, and I appreciate having creatine in an easy, convenient gummy form. Easy way to supplement creatine!
This is an easy way to supplement creatine. These taste better than other creatine gummies I have tried. They are surprisingly sweet. The tangerine flavor is refreshing and delicious. One serving is 5 gummies which feels like a lot of you’re not used to eating a lot of sugar. 5 gummies provide 5 grams of creatine. The downside is that those 5 gummies also have 2 grams of sugar. I like the texture of these more than others I have tried. They are slightly sticky. Each gummy is quite big. Eating 5 of these almost feels like eating a whole dessert.
