    Im’ not sure but I think this “Sustained Release” version gives me an upset stomach

    I like the Bronson Vitamin C product but this time I tried the “Sustained Release” version and I’m not sure if I like it. Time will tell for sure. But I love most of the Bronson products so far though.

    I am allergic to oranges. This Vitamin C from Rose HIps does not upset my stomach.

    It is a lot, maybe too much

    t is A LOT of vit c, so much that i feel nauseous 3 minutes after taking it and it lasts for what feels like 30. I might start splitting the pill because they aren’t coated very thick so they start “reacting” with your tongue or drink anyway (its sour). Nausea can happen when you take too much of a vitamin and vit c is the one that usually causes this but i am a light or underweight so that could be a factor. You get a lot for only 20$. Ive gone through worse feelings but some may find it extremely unpleasant.

    time-release vitamin C

    We like that this vitamin C product is time-released, since excess vit C is excreted in the urine and releasing it slower reduces waste of the vitamin.

    Good Vitamin C supplement

    This is a good, no frills Vitamin C supplement. I cut them in half and take one in the morning and the other half in the afternoon.
