I’ve been using this Valerian Root supplement for a few weeks, mainly to help improve my sleep and calm myself down. Overall, I’m pleasantly surprised. I take it 3 times a day and it’s working very well! I tend to fall asleep a little faster at night and don’t wake up during the night. It’s not a knockout pill, but it definitely takes the “edge” off on nights when my mind won’t slow down.The capsules are easy to swallow, and there’s no strong aftertaste (valerian can smell a bit earthy, but that’s normal for the herb). I also haven’t noticed any side effects. Highly recommend!

This brand has been a life saver for me.Stronger doses of valerian root can often give a person a headache. This dose has been perfect!
