    After trying these for a month, I felt this may have helped a bit. The formula itself is solid — mullein, peppermint, thyme and all have some positive literature outlining their benefits.It provides a cooling feeling when you take it, and that seems to be the most consistent effect. The peppermint is strong enough to let you know it’s there, but not too strong.The taste is what you’d expect after reading the ingredients. The dropper works (you’d be surprised how many don’t)and measures accurately making it easy to use / dose. I had no adverse side effects.Might be worth a try for some people.

    I never give 5 stars. That would mean perfect and would leave no room for improvement. But I must say I honestly do believe this product has kept my copd at bay. I took BREATHE for several months but ran out and didn’t reorder until my breathing got difficult. I started it again and after taking it a while it approved my breathing drastically. I’m on my second year and won’t run out of it again.
