If you are looking to completely empty out your system, flush out toxins, and drop that heavy, bloated feeling, this 15-day colon cleanse will absolutely get the job done. However, please learn from my experience and prepare yourself for battle.The listing photo boldly claims there are no harsh chemical cramps, but let me tell you, I experienced some incredibly harsh, painful cramping. The formula features an intense lineup of ingredients like senna leaf, cascara sagrada bark, flaxseed, aloe vera, probiotics, and licorice root. It turns your digestive tract into a slip-and-slide, and for me, it resulted in absolutely insane liquid diarrhea. You will definitely want to ensure you are within a five-second sprinting distance of a bathroom at all times.The label says a full serving is two capsules for a 15-day program, but I am strongly advising you to start slow. Because I will only be taking exactly one capsule at a time to keep things manageable—and honestly, probably skipping a day or two in between—this 30-count bottle is easily going to stretch beyond a full month’s worth of use for me.On the positive side, if you are way into flushing toxins like I am, it truly flushes everything out of your system. Once the storm passed, I actually did feel significantly less bloated and noticeably “lighter.” It is a highly effective product that delivers real, deep-cleaning results, just be respectful of the sheer power inside these little capsules. Start with ONE, stay hydrated, and maybe don’t make any major outdoor plans for the first few days!

This review is for “Brazilian Belle 15 Day Colon Cleanse”. The product container looks exactly as shown in the images in the listing. The capsules themselves are brown, though, not white as shown. I received them in mid-May (2026) and had a “Best By” date 6.5 months away. The bottle was tightly sealed and had two levels of tamper proofing. The capsules themselves are medium in size, and measure 0.3×0.9 inches.The directions specify that 1-2 capsules should be taken per day, along with extra water for days 1-7. It’s not clear if 1-2 capsules per day should be continued, along with extra fiber and water, on days 7-15. Or if just extra fiber and water should be consumed on days 7-15. Since the bottle contains 30 capsules, and says it’s a month’s supply, my guess is that the intention is to keep taking the capsules through day 15.This is a high-quality product. There’s a long and clear ingredient list in the “Supplement Facts” section on the bottle, plus several others, probably inactive, in the “Other Ingredients” section. I verified that it’s manufactured in the United States by a reputable manufacturer. So I had no hesitancy about trying this product.I’m very cautious about using medications and supplements, so I elected to take one capsule, instead of two, before bedtime for the first 3 days. I then took two on days 4-7. I didn’t take any capsules the second week. I drank extra water, and added a small amount of extra fiber (200 mg psyllium husk) the second week.The capsules were easy to take and there was no aftertaste. I experienced no upset stomach or cramping. The effect was gentle and there were no emergency races to the bathroom. I felt a moderate improvement in bloating near the end of the first week and during the second week.Even though I used less than the maximum dosage of the capsules and possibly shortened the duration (1 week instead of 2), I did seem to benefit. I plan to repeat the entire colon cleansing regimen in approximately two months, at the dosage and duration suggested on the bottle.This is a quality product. It worked for me, so I’d probably order it again. Therefore, I recommend it. But it’s priced higher than seemingly-identical products on this site (at the time of this review), so it might not be a good value. It would also be helpful if the directions were clarified. So the rating is 4 stars.

Gentle Cleanse That Actually Worked
I was looking for something gentle that would help get things moving without leaving me running to the bathroom all day, and this did exactly that. It worked gradually, didn’t cause painful cramping, and I felt much less bloated after a few days. I also appreciated that it was easy to take. Definitely cleans you out!
I was honestly surprised by how well this worked. It definitely does what it’s supposed to do. The first day or two I didn’t notice much, but once it kicked in, I was making several trips to the bathroom. It wasn’t an out-of-control experience for me, but it definitely cleaned me out.By the end of the cleanse, I felt so much lighter and less bloated. My stomach felt flatter, and I didn’t have that heavy, sluggish feeling anymore. Make sure you’re drinking plenty of water because you’ll be going to the bathroom a lot, especially after the first few days. I also recommend taking it when you don’t have a busy schedule until you know how your body will react.This isn’t a magic weight loss pill, but if you’re feeling backed up or dealing with bloating, it can really help get things moving. This colon cleanse supplement is very effective and a decent price. I found this worked well and I did feel lighter after with less bloating. This bottle has 30 pills and the directions say to take 1-2 at bedtime for 7 days and then days 8-15 you drink extra water and take a fiber supplement (no pills). With the directions also saying to space this out 8 weeks or more from doing a repeat dose, this one bottle will last quite a while. I am very glad this is manufactured in a FDA registered facility and that the ingredients list was so clear. I was not thrilled with the California lead warning though and while I definitely appreciate being notified of this, I was upset that this was a risk in taking these. Hopefully in the future, these pills can be manufactured cleaner without that risk. For my experience, I took one pill at bedtime and I found these worked well. I did have mild gas pains and a rush to the toilet but it wasn’t anything too excessive. I do recommend doing this when you have a clear schedule though, as every one’s body reacts differently.
