Didn’t make a difference to me
I just finished this bottle of brain support supplements and I’m not sure i noticed a difference with brain fog, improved mental clarity or energy, or any other cognitive issues. I followed the instructions and took them daily. I didn’t notice a taste as I swallowed them with water. I didn’t notice any adverse reaction physically or mentally. Since I can’t be sure it worked for me, I don’t find it a good value.

The supplement received matches what was shown in the listing. The bottle I received had a good exp date. I haven’t noticed any tastes or smells. The capsules are on the large side. These have a lot of good ingredients in them. I have been taking many of the ingredients in these separately. Having all of these in one capsule helps a lot. This is the biggest benefit for me. I have been taking one in the morning and one at lunch on workdays for around two weeks. I have noticed some extra energy and focus at work. I have been taking these with food and have not had any digestive side effects. The only real negative issue I have with these is that the manufacturer doesn’t list more info on some of the ingredients. For example the label just says 300 mg of Lion’s Mane. However this basic number doesn’t tell me how much I am really getting. I don’t know what percentage of polysaccharides I am getting. Most mushroom supplements provide ratios and percentages and list the form used. This one does not provide this info like it does with its other ingredients on label. Overall this does seem to be effective so far. I like that it combines many different things in one supplement. I will update this review if anything changes after longer use.
