Might work for you, but not so much me

It’s hard to objectively rate most of the supplements (for me) because I do take some other supplements and medications. The ashwagndha did not really make much of a difference for me. It didn’t upset my stomach, but I did not notice additional stamina or other benefits relegated to this product.Update: I heard from the vendor who suggested the following, “Hi Timothy. Some quick notes on that. I am not sure how long you took it, but for those effects, studies show you must use the product for 3 months to see the best results. They are not acute like say with Creatine. It takes a long time for the effects to build up when it comes to testosterone and overall hormone support”Adding 1 star for vendor support and that I did not take for months as suggested.

Potent high quality stress reduction.

This is an excellent KSM-66 encapsulated supplement. I highly recommend! This is a pretty reasonable price for what you are getting, seems like a high quality extract with an instantly noticeable effect. Easily promotes relaxation and stress reduction that is more pronounced when consumed alongside caffeine, tea, ginseng or other potentially anxiety-promoting supplements or medications. This is an excellent choice for hard workers or students that work full-time and are constantly under moderate-to-high amounts f stress. Mild mood enhancing properties just from the reductions in stress are pretty recognizable and seem to disappear when not taking the supplement.If you take more than the suggested amounts of KSM-66, especially without caffeine or other stimuating supplements, you might get too unmotivated to get out of bed or engage in projects, just a fair warning. This variety seems to be less unmotivating than other brands of KSM-66 (or Ashwagandha root extract) that I have tried, but possibly due to existence/absence of other biochemistry. This is a very good option!

Super effective!

This Ashwandha has transformed my life! I’ve been taking it about 2 months. Started it as a peri-menopausal support but it has done so much more than I expected. I find that the claims for reduction of the stress hormone are real. I’ve been taking one pill per day about a half hour after food.I have lost about 6 pounds which is huge for me as I had tried everything including 5 months of strict keto diet and couldn’t lose an ounce. My boy-friend has also been taking the Ashwagandha and both of us find it extremely effective.The only con is that the title on the bottle leaves the impression that the pills are 1000mg each, but they are 500mg. I have been taking just one pill per day even though the bottle recommends two. And this one pill helps me feel emotionally balanced, even, calm, and thus happy every day! Just amazing. It’s worth a try…

Sleep/Anxiety/Libido – Potential “Miracle”, But Give It Time

I’ve suffered from anxiety and bad sleep due to strong/disturbing dreams my entire life. I’ve tried dozens of supplements over the years and none of them make much difference.I first tried a bottle of KSM-66 about a year ago during a really tough time in my life, it lasted 2 months for me and I didn’t think it helped. But then about 2 weeks after I ran out, I started noticing more anxiety and more disturbing dreams (It’s been proven that people who suffer from anxiety and depression often have more vivid dreams than the average population. I know when I have vivid dreams, my days are very much affected by them. Since most of my dreams are negative, my days are affected negatively).So, I bought more KSM-66 and I tried it for another few months until the bottle ran out. Once again I didn’t think it was necessary to buy more, but about 2 weeks later my anxiety got worse, and my dreams once again got worse (as did my sleep).Lots of people claim they feel benefits from this within hours of taking it – that’s most likely the placebo effect at work because Ashwaganda is an adaptogen and it generally takes 2-4 weeks to start to feel effects. I’m generally the opposite, I often “No-cebo” myself into thinking things do not work, so if I say they do, they probably do.A good friend of mine told me his wife suffers from severe anxiety and he was at his wit’s end trying to help her. She had tried CBD, weed, and many different types of supplements and nothing worked. I had recommended Ashwaganda to him and forgot about it, until 3 weeks later when he messaged me and said “OMG! I feel like I owe you my life! I got my wife some of that KSM-66 just over 2 weeks ago, and about 2 days ago she started singing and laughing and being postive! I’ve never seen her like this as long as I’ve known her! Thank you!”This continued over the next 2 months, she completely changed in his eyes. But then, when they ran out, they decided to not bother getting more. Over time she was anxious again.Additionally for me, my libido increased a lot, though I’m not sure if this was just a coincidence. I recently ran out of KSM-66 again, and I went to order more but Amazon is sold out (this sadly happens a lot!). So it’s been 2 weeks and once again, dreams are becoming more vivid, anxiety increased and I will say libido has dropped slightly.I think the effect of KSM-66 is slow and subtle as it restores your body’s hormones to what they “should be optimally”. Don’t placebo yourself, but also give it time to work, I would say at least a month.The price of this brand is very good compared to others (though KSM-66 is expensive imho), but I hate how often it runs out of stock. I kind of think the worldwide lockdowns must have something to do with it too, but I do know even before this happened, stock would run out randomly.

Makes me feel better and I am beginning to remember things on the first dose.

I am using this product for energy and memory. It is a very good product for a good price, will reorder when the time comes.

Trouble sleeping?? Get this!

The quality of this product is amazing. I suffer from high cortisol and get anxious. I have a lot of trouble sleeping and I notice a HUGE difference when I’m taking this. I have uninterrupted sleep, and during the day I can tell a difference of how calm I am. Will definitely purchase again and AGAIN!
