I have recently found the importance of having good nutrition and by extension good probiotics as well. I didn’t even know that you skin could have a benefit from this until I saw this product. I have added it to my regimen, and have to saw I have not seen any adverse skin elements. So far so good. When in doubt please consult your family practitioner for guidance.

This seems like a well-made supplement. It’s third-party tested, non-GMO, vegan, and free of gluten, soy, and artificial ingredients, which are all things I look for when buying supplements. I’ve been taking it for about three weeks now and haven’t experienced any side effects, but it’s still a little too early for me to say whether I’ve noticed any real changes.I also checked out the Borniu website and noticed you can get it for less per bottle if you buy multiple bottles, so it’s worth comparing prices before ordering. I do wish it were a little less expensive overall, and I’d also recommend comparing it with similar products to make sure you’re getting the best value. So far, the quality seems good, but only time will tell if the results justify the price.

I swapped it in for the one I was already taking, same once-a-day routine.The first few days I had some minor stool changes that settled back to normal pretty quickly. Nothing else showed up – no stomach upset, no gas, no gurgling, no itching, nothing like that. My skin hasn’t done anything different either, but I wasn’t in a flare when I started and haven’t had one since, so it’s probably too early to tell if it’s doing anything noticeable there.The capsules are medium-sized and a little thicker than most, but they go down fine with no smell or aftertaste. The bottle is small and comes mostly full, which I usually like. In this case though, I would prefer a larger bottle so the text on the label could be bigger – it’s really tough for me to read even with readers and good lighting.What stands out is that it’s vegan, non-GMO, and free of soy, fish, shellfish, dairy, and gluten. I’ve been taking this skin probiotic for a little over a week, and honestly I haven’t noticed any difference in my skin yet. Since I’ve never tried a probiotic for skin before, I wasn’t sure what to expect, but so far it doesn’t seem to be doing much. It’s easy enough to take and hasn’t caused any side effects, but I’m not sure it’s worth it unless longer use shows clearer results.

As someone who used to suffer from severe cystic acne, I know how important gut health is. I always keep probiotics as part of my stack, so was interested in this one that’s specifically designed for that gut health connection. The capsules themselves were standard sized and were easy to take so I added them to my daily supplements with my meal. Have been taking for about a week now and my skin still looks great so I would say it’s working. I also like the clean ingredients and lack of fillers and common allergens. My only real hesitation is the price, cause at almost $60 for only a 30 day supply it’s a lot higher than other standard probiotic on the market.
