overpriced supplement
I recently purchased this Brain Supplement and after taking it for a month, have not noticed any effects. Considering it is a food supplement with no proven effects, it seems overpriced. One additional star for not causing any side effects! I would not recommend this product based on my experience.

It appears to be having a positive affect
I’ve been using this a little over 30 days, 1 tablet per day (missed 1 day). I believe it is making a difference… I don’t grasp for words which in years past were part of my seamless vocabulary… I no longer search for my glasses when they are on my head. However, I can’t be certain this is not a placebo effect (although it is very rare that I search for a word for 10+ seconds and my wife has noticed the same).I do plan on exhausting the 60 capsules and if a definitive conclusion has been reached I will update.I do plan on taking one of these supplements going forward, however my jury is out on which one. This one is in the middle of the price range of those which I am researching.

Love the Focus Boost!
I take 1 capsule in the mid-afternoon when my energy is flagging and I am struggling to finish work. After about 30 minutes, I feel like I can do anything! It really helps me finish off my day strong and leave feeling like I accomplished a lot, which is wonderful. I love that these are caffeine free and don’t make my heart race. They also don’t give me a blood sugar crash afterwards. These capsules are a little on the larger side of things, but are pretty easy to swallow with plenty of water. They are odorless and tasteless. I have not noticed any side effects from taking these capsules. I take 1 a day and it works perfectly to sharpen my focus and keep me going. The serving recommendation is 2 capsules a day, as needed. If you take 1 capsule a day, this is a 60-day supply. If you take 2 capsules a day, this is a 30-day supply. This supplement is on the pricey side, but it is cheaper than a fancy cup of coffee and better for you, too!

Solid Ingredients
I’ve been looking into the Bone Science Prime Brain Supplement, and there are definitely some things about it that appeal to me. I particularly like the ingredient blend, which includes a mix of high-functioning vitamins and herbs such as B6, D3, B12, folate, Rhodiola, and Ginseng. These are all well-regarded for their potential cognitive and overall health benefits. It’s also good to know that while the ingredients might be sourced from various countries, the supplement is ultimately manufactured in the USA. This often indicates adherence to certain quality standards.I also did a little digging into the company behind it. The umbrella company is Terabiotech, which is based out of Los Angeles, and Bone Science appears to be one of their sub-brands. From what I can tell, Terabiotech seems to have a focus on research and producing high-quality supplements, which is definitely reassuring when it comes to something you’re putting into your body. While the initial online reviews I found were somewhat mixed, knowing more about the ingredients and the company’s apparent dedication to quality makes me feel a bit more confident about this product. The combination of those specific vitamins and herbs could potentially offer noticeable benefits for focus and cognitive support. It seems like this supplement is formulated with some thought behind it.

No noticeable differences cognitively
As a vitamin or health supplement, I think this product does a good job at including good stuff inside each capsule. But when aimed at cognitive functions like memory or focus, it has not done much for me. I take 2 a day, and I still find my activity the same as usual. Perhaps it is my environment of working remotely, but nonetheless that has been experience so far. The taste is non-existent and should be easy to take. Feel free to take it as a health supplement or if the ingredients look like they will provide you a great benefit. Otherwise, you would probably feel no noticeable changes like me.

Helps me stay focused
Prime Brain Supplement helps me stay focused and think more clearly during the day. I feel less forgetful and more alert, especially when I’m working or studying. It’s easy to take—just two capsules a day—and it doesn’t upset my stomach. I like that it has natural ingredients like Ginkgo Biloba and L-Theanine, which help me feel calm but still sharp. After about a week, I started noticing more mental energy and less brain fog. It also helps me stay in a better mood, even when I’m stressed. This supplement makes a difference when I need to be mentally on point.

Premium packaging and a good nootropic blend.
Ordered this to try and add nootropics to my supplement regime. I don’t notice any taste from the tablets and the packaging is really nice and has a premium feel to it.Results are subjective but my experience was positive and I would recommend it.

30 day supply30 day supply
I got these about a month ago and so far I can’t see a lot of difference in my mental abilities. Seeing how I am just one person and it would be difficult to tell anything for sure without a control group I am not really surprised. I was expecting that it might be difficult to tell just how much of an effect they were having, but the good news is that I have not noticed any ill effects such as stomach upset. These are nicely packaged in a jar that is well sealed with an expiration date printed on the bottom. The pills are good sized but I don’t find them hard to swallow. The ingredients are clearly listed on the jar. The listing says that it is produced in the USA but I don’t know if that means that the ingredients are from the USA or not. On the jar itself it just says that they are researched and developed in the USA. Bottom line is that I don’t really know much about it since all of these statements are rather ambiguous. Overall I think this is probably a good product. To help understand how I rate items:My philosophy is, that for a rating system to be effective, the highest rating and the lowest rating should be reserved for a relatively small percentage of the best and the worst products. If I give a product four stars, it is because I believe it is a very good product. To get five stars from me requires a product to go above and beyond and really impress me beyond my expectations. By the same token, a product has to be VERY, VERY bad to get only one star from me. One thing that I DON’T take into consideration with my ratings is price. I may make a general statement such as “this is a good value” but it will not affect my star rating. The reason is that product prices change, even from day-to-day. Also what one person may consider a good price someone else might not. I feel it is more important to review the quality and features of a product and let the buyer decide whether the current price is worth it to them. Another thing that I don’t take into consideration are issues with shipping. This is because the seller does not always have control over that. Following is each of the five categories of *stars* and how I assign them to a product:***** Five stars – The product exceeded my expectations. I really love it and would actively suggest it to friends and would certainly purchase it again if needed.**** Four stars – The product met my expectations. It does what it claims to do. I like it and would recommend it to someone if they asked about it. I would Most likely purchase it again if needed .*** Three stars – The product is average and for the most part does what it claims. There may be a few things I don’t like about it. If I recommended it to someone, I would state my reservations. I may purchase it again if I could not find a better alternative.** Two stars – The product fell far short of my expectations. It may, in some respects, do what it claims to do but has far too many problems to overlook. I would never recommended it to someone nor would I ever purchase it again. There is a good possibility I would return it.* One star – The product is terrible. It has way too many cons and few if any pros. I would actively warn my friends away from it and would most likely return it if possible.
