(You only need to swallow one.) The ingredients are excellent, and the capsules are made in a GMP-certified facility, and there’s a lot number on the bottle so if there are any issues, you can actually track the batch they came from.The only thing keeping me from continuing to order and use this product is the price. It’s quite high when compared to similar products.

Easy to take! No bad aftertaste or burning.
I have been taking this supplement for a few weeks now. I haven’t really noticed a change, but also no bad side effects either. I will give it a month or more to see if I will continue to take it. They are in pill form, and with one capsule a day, and no bad aftertaste it is super easy to take and remember. It seems to be high quality, with really good ingredients. It is non GMO, gluten and dairy free, and Paleo and Keto friendly. I think for the price there could be more. It could get expensive with longer use. But I think if it helps it is worth it. So I will give it some more time to see.
