The capsules are easy enough to swallow, but a daily serving is six whole capsules. So this bottle of 120 capsules is only a 20 day supply. The value for money is not great for a 20 day supply. Not to mention, it is indeed quite tedious to swallow six pills daily, on top of any other supplements one might take. Bottle comes sealed for safety.It does include Vitamin C and Calcium, but the amount is very small relative to other supplements. This may be a good thing if you are already taking Vitamin C and Calcium separately. As always with supplements, consult your healthcare professional to see if this fit yours needs.With this, you are primarily taking it for the anti-oxidant and immune blends. I have already finished the bottle and I can say that I have not gotten sick yet. This is no way definitive proof that it works. Personally, I find that it may have helped, it may have not. Still, the ingredients are in line with what I want for my personal dietary needs.These are manufactured in a cGMP facility so they are indeed well made. They are also completely vegan. They are non-gmo and gluten and dairy free.

Beneficial but six capsules per day is a bit much
Vitamin C and calcium are good, but I decided to give these a try because of the antioxidant and immune blend. I already drink a lot of green tea because of the antioxidants, and this supplement has green tea extract and Shiitake mushroom extract. I had been drinking mushroom coffee, but now this supplement has replaced the mushroom coffee and some of the daily green tea I was drinking. I feel that the supplement helps maintain my energy level without the jitters.I have read that inflammation in our bodies causes a lot of the daily pain we experience, and this product promotes liver detoxification – I can honestly say that I feel about 30% less pain than before I started taking the supplement. No changes to my diet or exercise, only this supplement so I’m giving it credit for the benefit.It has not caused any stomach upset, which is great. No unpleasant aftertaste or burping like with fish oil. I’m giving 4 stars because you have to take six capsules each day so you only get 20 days worth of supplement, which combined with my meds and vitamins makes me feel like I’m eating supplements for breakfast. Don’t be afraid of the price point, I believe you will find this product beneficial like I did.

good sulforaphane activation
I bought this specifically for the sulforaphane since it’s supposed to be great for detoxing. It’s a lot more convenient than eating pounds of broccoli sprouts every day. BodyHealth is a brand I’ve used before and they always seem to have high-quality ingredients. Would recommend.

Quality supplement, but is pricey!
I wanted to try these vitamins for the sulforaphane benefits–my mom had Alzheimer’s, so taking something that would reduce chronic inflammation, protect cells from DNA damage, and support long-term metabolic and brain health seemed like a good idea. Sulforaphane, I had read, had shown potential to protect the brain from Alzheimer’s. I saw how terrible this disease was, so am doing everything possible to avoid getting it. I also thought the mix of amino acids, antioxidants and immune blend would be beneficial.After taking these tablets for the last month, I can say they maybe helped a little with energy, but overall, couldn’t tell a difference. Supplements like these are always hard to review, because most of the time, the benefits we can’t see, because they are happening in our body.I do like that these are processed in a cGMP facility–I can feel more safe that what I am taking is actually in the supplement. A lot of supplements are not regulated, and I can’t trust what I am ingesting.The ingredients in these have a lot of proven effectiveness, so taking these supplements won’t hurt you, they will only help you.For me, I am not sure I would buy these again. This is only a 20 day supply–you have to take 6 capsules daily and the cost for that 20 days is $87. That is a lot of money just for a supplement. I can get a lot of the ingredients in this supplement in the food that I eat, so I guess for me, I would rather eat food that contains these ingredients or I can find a supplement that has similar ingredients for cheaper. I also have a hard time taking 6 pills a day.Overall, I think this is a quality made supplement, it is just pricey and a lot of pills to take for me.

Expensive, It works but 6 pills per day
These supplements came well packaged and very clear instructions for usage.The dosage recommendations are 6 capsules per day, which while easy to take seems excessive even if it has good scientific data to prove worth.I had no adverse effects over the 20 days of usage, but I will go back to my previous regiment, as it seems to work just as well and at 2 capsules a day are more manageable.

These Cellular Guard/Perfect amino supplements contain necessary vitamins, an antioxidant blend of natural ingredients and what is labeled as a perfect amino proprietary blend, which contains many amino acids, which are beneficial for the body.I do a lot of research on amino acids and vitamins for my own personal use so I am familiar with much of the amino acids listed on the bottle. In fact, many of them are also in the collagen I take on a daily basis so my body is also accustomed to them.The dosage requirement for a full effect is listed on the bottle as 6 capsules per day. The bottle contains 120 capsules which only gives you a 20 day supply.The capsules are easy to swallow, but I do take other supplements so I chose to limit myself to only 3 capsules per day in this way the bottle lasted a bit over a month. Adjusting the dosage to half of what is recommended worked for my particular circumstances since I obtain many of the antioxidants and amino acids from supplements I already take on a daily basis: my daily collagen, and my daily green tea intake. As I said, this worked for my particular circumstances, but everyone is different and other consumers may need to take the full dosage of 6 capsules.I can say I did notice an increase in energy while taking these supplements. I deducted two stars and only rated this product with three stars for multiple reasons.: the need to take 6 capsules on a daily basis, the fact that the full bottle does not even furnish you with a month worth of the supplement, and the price. In my humble opinion, there are other supplements which would cover everything within this supplement, not require 6 capsules per day, and be more cost effective.

But Does it Work?
The price of this supplement is excessively high. It contains two main ingredients: Vitamin C (100 mg) and Calcium (80 mg). Additionally, there are two blends: the Antioxidant & Immune Blend (1,005 mg) and the Perfect Amino EAA & NA Proprietary Blend (500 mg). There is also a component called Sulforaphane Stimulator (45 mg). I suspect the “Perfect Amino” is driving up the price, but overall, the value just isn’t there. Each bottle contains only 20 servings, with six capsules per serving. The capsules are medium-sized and easy to swallow with a full glass of water. However, there is a strange odor when you first open the bottle. During my time taking this supplement, I noticed no health benefits. The expiration date on my bottle is October 2027.
