Excellent for the liver. I got for myself and my son in powder. I was afraid to use it because it taste so bitter, but after I got my Husband his, we are allstarted taking it together and it’s not bitter at all . Our taste buds adjusted, and I know the liver is happy. It has all the good stuff in it to ,clean the liver. Poor liver has so many jobs and the least we can do is to keep it clean. I just crecommend it to my niece. I am sleeping much better. Thank you,
