I like the concept of a liquid B-complex, particularly for someone who doesn’t like swallowing pills. The 1 mL serving is easy to measure with the dropper, and the formula uses some good forms of the vitamins, including methylcobalamin B12, L-5-methyltetrahydrofolate, P5P vitamin B6 and riboflavin-5-phosphate.The taste is acceptable rather than something I would call delicious. I found it fairly syrupy with a sweet tropical/berry flavor. It’s not unbearable by any means, and I agree with the manufacturer’s claim that there isn’t much of an unpleasant vitamin aftertaste.The supplement facts are also fairly transparent. One serving contains 94 mg vitamin C, 2.5 mg B1, 1.5 mg B2, 3 mg niacin, 4 mg B6, folate listed as 1.5 mg L-5-methyltetrahydrofolate, 5,000 mcg methylcobalamin B12, 1,000 mcg biotin, 5 mg pantothenic acid, 5 mg choline and 5 mg inositol. Other ingredients are glycerin, purified water, stevia, berry flavor and citric acid.Where I have reservations is the amounts. The B12 and biotin in particular are thousands of percent of the normal recommended daily value. As far as I know, those amounts aren’t unsafe, but I’m also not sure those amounts would be very useful.The very small amounts of choline and inositol also don’t add much meaningful value to the formula. And I don’t put much weight on the large “23,000 mcg” number on the front of the package, since combining the weights of several unrelated nutrients into one total isn’t particularly informative.I haven’t noticed much effect on my overall energy levels, and wouldn’t necessarilty expect one unless someone was deficient in one of these vitamins to begin with. I also don’t see a compelling reason to believe the liquid format should work substantially better than a well-made capsule; its main advantage is convenience. However, it is an effective way to get a B vitamin complex, especially if you don’t like pills.Overall, this is an easy-to-take B-complex with some good vitamin forms, a tolerable flavor and minimal aftertaste. I just wish the company used more moderate amounts.

Easy Way To Get Your Vitamin B’s
I ordered this as way to get a daily dose of multiple vitamin B’s without having to take each one separately.This is my first time taking the 11 in 1 so I immediately noticed the unique smell of it. It doesn’t smell like any liquid drops that I’ve ever taken. The taste is also unique. I love the earthy flavor of supplements, so it didn’t bother me at all. If you’re not used to an earthy taste with supplements, it may take some getting used to, but keep in mind the health benefits and the purpose that you’re taking it. Most things that are good for you, don’t have the greatest taste.I’ve been taking it for about a week and a half now and I can say that I can feel the difference in my energy. So it’s very effective for me. It doesn’t take long for it to absorb in my system. That’s no guarantee that it will be the same amount of time for other people though; everyone is different. But understanding how good all of vitamin B’s are, taking them is a great idea.The dropper is pretty strong and pulls up quite a bit of the liquid to equal the daily serving amount of 1 mL.So far, I’m happy with it, and how it makes me feel. I would recommend it if you want to take multiple vitamin B’s in one serving. The price point is definitely a plus as well.
