These capsules are not too big to swallow, and there is no ill smells. You have to take four a day, but it is supposed to support healthy menstrual cycles and overall well-being in vitality.I am in my 50s and constantly looking for things that will help to improve menopause, hormone balance, and overall health and metabolism. My hair has not grown for years, so I am really hoping that this will help my hair to grow once again. I have also been putting oils in my hair. I have heard that this will help with getting a good night sleep and while I already sleep pretty well, I’m great with even better sleep if that is one of the side effects of this. Easy to take and no aftertaste.
I wanted Inositol for my hormones. It’s been almost 4 years since I’ve had my daughter, and I can still tell my hormones aren’t back to “normal”. I’ve been doing some research, and thought Inositol might help. This particular brand is pure myo-inositol without any junk fillers. You take one capsule a day, and these are easy for me to take. They go down easily and have no after taste. It’s been a couple of weeks, and I feel a little better. I am going to continue taking these for a few months, but I am happy with them so far! The price of this when I originally ordered this item was $19.89, which isn’t a bad price for these. 5/5 stars!

Look, it’s not like these are bad for you. You should know why you’re taking them and then follow the dosage exactly. inositol is specific and should be taken very intentionally (like any supplement really) — I take them for metabolism, and to keep my metabolism up.these pills are well made, and easdy to swallow, no real scent, but a slight one of something I cannot put my finger on. I think they work, maybe, but cannot really tell because my diet is pretty leafy already. 3 stars.

It will take time to really tell, but so far so good.
I wanted to do a review on these early enough to give a quick opinion. Hopefully I can update down the road with results or noticeable changes. I will say they are a little big, but nothing out of the ordinary for capsule supplements. I can take 2 of the capsules at a time, but I won’t take them in the same handful with other medicines just to keep me from choking. No strange smell. I am 39, have Hashimoto’s Disease, and overall just feel age creeping up on me, so I hope this will help in some way. I have no side-effects from them.

Myo-inositol may improve insulin sensitivity, reduce blood sugar levels, and regulate menstrual cycles in women with PCOS. D-chiro-inositol may improve fertility and reduce the risk of miscarriage in women with PCOS.Typically, a combination of both forms is used, with a ratio of 40:1 (myo-inositol:D-chiro-inositol).This supplement is 40:1 ratio (2000mg + 50mg which is in 4 capsules). The producers are from India and capsules seem to be third party lab tested but the icon is so small I couldn’t understand the name of the lab.
