100 day supply of creatine – but it is expensive
I work out six days a week, and have been using creatine supplements as part of my daily nutritional routine. In general, I have noticed improvements to my workout as a result. I use creatine in both the powder form (both the HCL and monohydrate versions), as well as in gummy form.The creatine arrived in a plastic jar. Unlike other creatine supplements, the lid was not sealed with a plastic wrap, although there is a freshness/tamperproof foil seal on the inside. There is also a scoop that comes with the creatine, sized for 5g, but it is buried inside the powder. You’ll have to poke around to pull it out. The jar contains a 100 day (~ 3 month) supply of creatine (basically, 5 g or one scoop of creatine a day for 100 days). Note if you have not used creatine before, many people advise you to take twice as much for a couple of weeks (10 g a day) to saturate your muscles first, and once you do, go back to 5g a day. I didn’t do that, since I’m already using creatine.The creatine is flavorless, and there is no smell to it. I mixed the creatine in with my daily protein and collagen drink. The creatine mixes in readily, with some stirring. I usually mix everything together with a blender. There are two versions of creatine – monohydrate and HCL. Both versions do work, although the monohydrate form causes bloating and water retention for some people (and slight weight gain from water retention) whereas the HCL version doesn’t. The monohydrate version is significantly cheaper than the HCL version, so if cost is a concern, the monohydrate version is the way to go.The label states the creatine is GMP certified, non-GMO, and lab tested and gluten free, which needs to be verified (I didn’t for this review).All that said, this creatine powder is more expensive than other options in the market place. It may very well justify its premium, but I didn’t see anything in the product listing or the label that supports this or differentiates it from other brands.Overall, I ordered this creatine from Bluestreak Essentials because I wanted to try out another supplier. While I’m happy with the current brand I am using, I wanted to get a couple more reputable brands so I can diversify my supply a bit more, in case one goes away, raises their prices, or in some cases, offers things on sale and I can stock up.

Clean and unflavored! Dissolves easily!
I’ve always used creatine gummies and wanted to try a creatine powder to give me more liquid intake and this. I’ve been using the Bluestreak Essentials Micronized Creatine Monohydrate and have been really happy with it. The micronized powder texture is incredibly fine. I like that it’s clean and completely free of harsh chemical odors and fillers. It’s vegan, non-GMO and has been third party tested so it gives me confidence that I’m using a high quality product.This powder performs exactly how a premium creatine should. It dissolves easily into morning water, pre-workout, or post-workout protein shakes without leaving a gritty layer of sand at the bottom of the shaker cup. It’s unflavored so doesn’t alter the taste of whatever I mix it into. I haven’t had any digestive discomfort or bloating.The powder is reasonably priced. The 500g container has a scoop that measures out 100 servings which is about a 3 month supply. It’s a clean, no-nonsense supplement that checks every single box. I highly recommended it!

I stir a scoop of this into my morning coffee every day and genuinely cannot taste it at all. That’s exactly what I was looking for. No grittiness, no weird aftertaste, no chalky residue at the bottom of the mug. It just disappears into the drink and I get my creatine in without thinking about it.If you’ve been putting off taking creatine because you don’t want to deal with chalky shakes or an extra step in your routine, this makes it about as painless as it gets. Good Product
I wanted to try creatine because of the current hype surrounding it. This seems to be a quality product. I tasted it on my fingertip and it has zero taste so that’s great. However, I still decided to mix it with juice. It mixed in quite easily. There were no clumps and it dissolved completely. I can’t say that I noticed anything as far as energy or mental clarity (as some folks have reported with the use of creatine) but I also did not use the full recommended dose because I feel cautious about supplements. I have read that too much creatine can be damaging to the liver so I was conservative. However, I imagine that using a larger dose and with consistent use, one might notice the touted benefits.My one very real complaint was with the packaging. The powder is vaccum sealed into the jug. Upon opening, the powder went flying EVERYWHERE! It was one the floor, in an open drawer that I had grabbed scissors out of to puncture the top, on the counter, all over my face and clothes and in my hair! It’s the consistency of flour but stickier! It didn’t easily sweep up or wipe off. I had to use wet paper towels to get it up and it left a weird film on my face. This isn’t entirely the company’s fault because I do live at a very high altitude and this was obviously packaged at sea level. The pressure change can be a problem with bags of chips and things like that but I have never had something EXPLODE in my face like this. This is just more of a public service announcement for fellow high-altitude customers to point it away and over the sink! Anyway, if you are curious about creatine, this seems like a decent product to try.

Fast dissolving and tasteless creatine powder
When I read in the product description that this powder is micronized, I didn’t really know what that meant until I opened it. The powder was unexpectedly fine, almost like baking soda. I was expecting something more like the protein powder I’m used to, but this mixes much better and dissolves in water easily. I actually mix it with protein powder and it dissolves so much easier than the protein powder. It really is almost flavorless and odorless, too. I really only taste the protein powder after mixing it.I do feel like I have a bit more stamina and energy when I use it pre-workout and faster recovery post workout..I always had trouble building muscle before I started using protein and creatine powder. That’s the main benefit for me and therefore I have concluded that it is effective.Overall I’m satisfied with this product and would feel good about recommending it to others.

Good quality, well-dissolving creatine
I tested this creatine in just a small amount of water to evaluate. The positives:-small amount of packaging for 500g- very efficient-No flavor at all-Mixes very easily in even a small amount of water- I basically just swirled the glass around for a couple seconds and it was almost completely dissolved.-Micronized but not to the point where static makes it fly all over the place-Good value (assuming purity is good)-Monohydrate is one the best, most effective and economical forms of creatine-No GI / stomach issues for the week or so I used this product so far. Seems to do what every other creatine I’ve tried – gives more strength, allows for more reps / longer workouts and better recovery.Cons-no COA / not made in a GMP approved facility.-more of a fine crystal than a true micronize powder (though this has some pros, i.e. no static issues-scoop was not on top of the container

Dissolves very easily in water
This review is for the Bluestreak Essentials Creatine Monohydrate Micronized Powder Unflavored 500G. I have been trying it for a few weeks now, and like most supplements, it is probably going to take a few jars, bottles, etc to get a good feel on it’s effectiveness. If I try another jar I will come back and update my review.As far as solubility, it did not clump and dissolved very easily in water with a frother. I tried it without putting it in anything first, and it does have a taste. Imagine if you shaved off a small sliver of an aspirin and put it on your tongue. I wouldn’t say that it has an overwhelming taste at all, but there is something. I mixed it with juice and didn’t notice it at all. I would consider it a good value for the money.

It’s creatine. It’s hard to differentiate this product from others, because they’re all essentially the same thing. The price is fair, but not the cheapest. Overall, it’s decent and a great amplifier to your workouts.So I’ve used creatine before and this stuff works exactly like every other one I’ve bought. It has the same loading phase instructions, same dosage, includes a scoop spoon, it works just as well, and has the same flavor. That is to say, it has no flavor, but that’s how I prefer it. If I want a tasty drink, I’ll buy a proper drink.The price on it is fair. It runs with the herd for pricing. While you can definitely find cheaper, you can also find many at about the same price.The most notable thing about this one is the powder seems more fine than others I’ve gotten. I think this one will be less likely to clump up with age.So give it a shot, it’s a great addition to your workout. It helps me out and this roughly a 3 month supply, so I’m happy.
