I was dreading having to take another vitamin that my Doctor said I must take. This liquid Vitamin B12 and Folid Acid actually tastes good. I love raspberry which this one is flavored with. If you are allergic to berries you probably should choose another one. I have to take 1 dropper full per day. Unfortunately the dropper in this bottle doesn’t fill up to the measurement line for a serving so I have to do it twice to get the right dosage.I won’t know until my next blood test if the vitamins are working, when that happens I will post an update. There is not quite 2 months in this bottle so it is a little pricey for the size.
