    Multivitamin for women 40+

    I have just received my second bottle and I’ve been taking multivitamins, but I think it’s a great product! I can’t say that I notice any major changes, but again I have been taking multivitamins, just not for 40+! I would recommend it to anyone looking to get their daily needs met and feel better!

    I’ve been taking these for a few days now and I’ve noticed a very natural, subtle energy boost. I’m really happy with these. I’ve tried a few others more expensive and have not felt anything. I like that these are just a one a day and that they are capsules. They have no taste and have not caused any digestion issues. I take them with food. I think I found my holy grail for multivitamins for now.

    Not much to review on a multivitamin… however, take this with food!!! If taken on an empty stomach it gave me severe nausea!
