It helped relieve joint pain in my wrist.
I liked the fact that half way through the bottle using this product helped to stop to some degree, the extreme pain in my wrist. The same wrist I broke as a young man. The pain has stopped for the most part. I believe this supplement helped lubricate the bones in my wrist. I will continue to use and update later. 👍So far so good. No side effects and no issues with stomach. I would recommend giving this a try for joint lubrication.
