Bluebonnet Nutrition Beautiful Ally Resveratrol is an excellent, clean product. It is non-GMO, vegan, free of gluten, nuts, shellfish, fish, milk, soy and egg. The supplement is third party lab tested and made in the USA. These are things that are important to me, and, I know, to other households with allergen sufferers.I have been taking it for a couple of weeks, at the recommended dosage of one per day. The capsules are easy to swallow and have no bad aftertaste. The formula contains Japanese Knotweed and Red Wine Extract. These are both very beneficial to skin integrity and general health. I have had no negative side effects at all, such as gastrointestinal issues. In fact, I have found my skin to be more supple and glowing. I don’t think I have imagined it, as I received compliments to that effect from a friend that I hadn’t seen in awhile. I have used Bluebonnet Nutrition products in the past. I have always found them to be carefully made, high quality supplements at reasonable prices. They’re a brand that I have come to trust.This supplement is well worth purchasing. As a 53-year-old guy who takes a few supplements each day, I really appreciate when something is simple and straightforward to use. I ordered this wanting to sample resveratrol for the cited benefits of same. For lowering blood pressure, for example, you have to take this for >30 days to test effectiveness so I can’t really assess that at this point, but can assess my tolerance for it.This was well tolerated, taking one tablet every morning as suggested, and had no upset stomach or other gastrointestinal issues, or side effects.When sampling anything edible, I try to only use those made in the US or by reputable companies, and from what I could find, Bluebonnet appears to meet that requirement for me. These are stated to be soy-free, gluten-free, non-GMO. Also vegan, and free of milk, egg, fish, shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat or soybeans, etc. and no sugar.I’ll try continuing this, and consider this to be of good quality and a five-star find.

Bluebonnet is a trusted, well-established American company offering a wide array of products from one-a-day vitamins to herbal supplements. Their website is full of great info further adding to the trust level. Resveratrol has definitely become more popular these days than ever, and for good reason IMO. On Bluebonnet’s site, you can order in 250 or 500mg sizes. I ordered the 250mg size on Amazon. They’re bigger pills but as you can see in my picture, they put a lot of product in each veggie capsule. And yes, I tried the powder plain. Ha! It has an earthiness to it, with a little bitterness, as was expected.

Several years ago, the company which I had previously trusted to provide me with iron-free multi vitamins, slipped in quality.I did some research and found Bluebonnet Nutrition, a company that is not only based in Sugar Land, Texas and manufactures it’s products in the US, but it is a company that has a good reputation for quality vitamins and supplements packaged in amber glass.When I decided to try a new supplement, it was easy for me to choose this brand I have trusted for years.Bluebonnet Nutrition Beautiful Ally Resveratrol 250 mg, is reasonably priced for a 30 day supply, and comes safety-sealed, in an amber colored glass bottle, packed inside a paper carton. The carton was a bit beat up, but the glass inside was intact.I just started taking this supplement, which is 250mg of active trans-resveratrol (250 mg) from a 4:1 red wine extract (25mg) and Japanese knotweed root extract (500 mg), and so far, I feel good. The resveratrol comes in vegan capsules that are about 7/8” long and easy for me to swallow. The warning on the label says this resveratrol is for adults only and that one should consult physician if pregnant/nursing, taking medication or have a medical condition.I hope adding this dietary supplement at this dose will yield positive results, but if I experience any negative reactions, I will update this review.Bluebonnet Nutrition Beautiful Ally Resveratrol also comes in 500mg 30 count bottles.

Seems Good Quality
I’ve heard for many years that resveratrol had a number of health-enhancing qualities. I believe that the one I’ve heard the most is increased longevity. But it seems that there are a plethora of other benefits — one being a powerful antioxidant. This particular brand of it seems to emphasize skin health. The latter would probably be my least important concern, but regardless I am impressed with the benefits I’ve read about. This brand seems to be high-quality, and it is certainly packaged like a quality supplement. The capsules have little to no odor and are medium to large size, and for me no problem swallowing at all. Unfortunately, there are only 30 servings per bottle, and that alone would make it non-cost-effective for me to continue. I am glad to have the opportunity to try it, and of course, with a small sampling it is nearly impossible to detect any specific results. Perhaps with long-term use, others will note an improvement in skin and perhaps overall health.
