Took two capsules about a half an hour before going to gym on an empty stomach. Went to the gym and had an a lot of extra energy and power that I did not notice before. After my work out I took two more capsules with a protein shake. It’s been two weeks now and I notice my muscles are repairing themselves quicker. I would definitely recommend this product.

No negative effects but also no noticeable change so no verdict
I was taking these consistently for a few weeks before I fell over the wagon and stopped taking them so can’t rave about any noticeable change in performance. I will say that I haven’t had any negative effects either which I consider a good thing and there hasn’t been a performance decrease. Its been status quo so maybe these are just helping me maintain where I’m at which I’m good with.These are decent size capsules but I haven’t had any issues swallowing them other than it takes more liquid for them to go down. No weird taste or after effect and best part is they are plant based which suits my lifestyle.
