These raspberry gummies are tasty enough. It’s like taking a little pre-workout or post-workout treat. Instructions recommend to take 4 of them everyday, preferably before or after a workout. The Dialed Degen blue raspberry creatine gummies are pleasant and not overly tart.They do have 6 grams of sugar per serving (4 gummies) which is a bit more sugar than necessary if you’re counting your sugar grams.They’re before or after working out. I personally use them after workouts because I get indigestion easily.Everyone has their own routine that works best for them. These are a solid product. Be sure to drink plenty of water!!

The flavor is better than I expected, and I did not notice that chalky taste that some creatine products can have.The texture is not quite like a traditional chewy gummy with a lot of stretch or elasticity. It is softer and breaks down more easily, but I actually liked that it did not really stick to my teeth. That makes it easier to take than some supplement gummies that feel overly sticky or sugary.Each serving provides 5g of creatine monohydrate, and the 120-count bottle is a nice size if this is something you plan to use regularly. Convenient Way to Take Creatine, But Tastes Awful
I have been using creatine for over six months to support my health goals. There’s lot of data to suggest that creatine is good for physical gains and recovery, as well as cognitive support when you had little sleep. I’ve definitely noticed a difference when I have had little sleep and these seem to make up the cognitive difference. All those great things set aside, I don’t recommend these gummies. I can’t describe what they taste like, other than it’s hard to get one down, no less the four that is recommended. I’m also somewhat finicky about textures and these aren’t easy to chew, making taking them difficult to get down, on top of the already bad taste. They are convenient, in that you don’t need to have water on hand to take them, but at this point, I have only been able to take one dose successfully. If you’re weird at all about taste and/or textures, stick to powders.
