    Very good wellness and energy blend that combines were well with a good B and C complex.

    Did a lot of reading on this one and I like the formula a lot. The NAD+ content is at the proper level, and most of the other components are at reasonable levels as well. It’s a great wellness formula with may benefits enhanced by the wide array of support supplements which do well in inflammation and blood flow. Many of these fall under the category of superfoods. I like that it contains vitamin D in a reasonable amount and the companion vitamin K for proper absorption. This works well with another supplement I take that supports energy processing and contains vitamins C and B vitamins. I don’t like to use crossovers too much as they can lead to toxicity if taken in high doses. No problem with that here. It’s made with natural components and is non-GMO and lab tested and made in a proper facility. No synthetics, in either substance, colors, or sweeteners.Reasonable supply for the cost and should provide a good boost to energy levels and overall wellness. Most health conscience folk will recognize the fruits, teas and other plant-based supplements as having a strong basis in promoting good health. I didn’t recognize any that were problematic when used together although you might consult a doctor if you take medications just to be careful. I for instance have to space my Thyroid meds apart whenever I want to drink grapefruit juice. It’s a good idea to check your meds with any supplements as there can be a few effects, one it can increase the level of the med, or two it can decrease the level, and most problematic it can cause a side effect. Should not be too much of a problem here as these are all common fruits, and plants but if you have a known allergy or other conflict with meds. Check first.I’ve been using as directed for about a week with no side effects and I feel somewhat better as I’d been a little run down lately due to too much rich holiday food. I really like that I couldn’t find any of my pet peeves when reviewing this supplement. I never understand artificial colors, fillers, sweeteners when reviewing health restoring supplements, but too many of them include them in the formulation. It works that this is a capsule and not a gummy or flavored powder as too often they include artificial sweeteners and colorings when there is no good reason to do so as it kind of defeats the purpose of trying so keep healthy. Recommended.

    A lot of hype in the ad

    I’ve heard a lot of good things about this supplement so I thought I would give it a try. I like that it is gluten free and non-GMO. You’d be surprised how many supplements out there have GMO ingredients. So this was nice to see. A few things that give me pause is there is no batch and/or lot number for 3rd party testing. Also, the label with the supplemental facts is so tiny you need a magnifying glass to read it. I would also very much like to know where it was manufactured. If it says on the bottle where it is manufactured it is in such tiny print that I can’t read it. But I’m guessing since it’s not prominently displayed then it’s probably from China. It is near impossible to say how well a supplement works without taking it for several weeks. But I did take them the last couple of days and have not noticed any negative effects on my stomach. Other than that I have not noticed any improvement in my energy. But again, several weeks of taking something is usually needed to give feedback on that so if I do notice any improvement in that area I will come back and update my review.For the price, at the time of writing this review, I believe $35 is a bit high for something that does not appear to be manufactured in the USA and does not have any 3rd party testing information available. I almost get the impression that they are just jumping on the supplement bandwagon to make a quick buck without really having quality in mind and using buzzwords like non-GMO and gluten free to add to the appeal.

    Loving It

    I’ve ordered at least 1 other item from this brand and the quality is really nice across the board. NAD+ has lots of benefits from energy to improved collagen throughout the body. Lots of other beneficial ingredients. No aftertaste. A little expensive for 45 day supply, but worth it. Easy to take pills. Works gently, without jitters.

    Not a Good Fit for Me — Check with Your Doctor First

    I can’t really speak to the long-term effects since I didn’t take this for more than about 30 days. However, after a couple of weeks, I personally noticed some negative side effects. My anxiety levels increased quite a bit, even though I’m already on anti-anxiety medication. It’s possible there was some kind of interaction with my current medications, so I would strongly recommend checking with your doctor before taking this if you’re on any prescriptions. Once I stopped using it, I noticed my anxiety and blood pressure went back down, which was a relief. Everyone’s body reacts differently, but this just wasn’t a good fit for me. I also think I’da little pricey, but I’m sure it’s more cost effective than the alternatives.

    I ordered the Bloofah NAD+ supplement ($35 for 90 capsules at the time of order) to address persistent sluggishness following a recent illness. The promise of “increasing cellular energy” was exactly what I was looking for.Form & Ease of Use:The supplement comes in clear vegan capsules filled with a white powder. They are slightly larger than a standard Tylenol but remain easy to swallow. I especially appreciated that they have no discernible scent or taste.Usage & Instructions:The label suggests taking two capsules once or twice a day, meaning the bottle lasts between 22 and 45 days. I opted for two capsules daily. I did learn after starting that NAD+ is most effective when taken in the morning; unfortunately, I had been taking mine in the late afternoon. It would be very helpful if the packaging included timing recommendations to help users maximize the benefits.Results:After several weeks, I do feel a more robust “energy reserve.” While this bottle contains other ingredients that support metabolism and anti-aging, the overall effect is effective without being overwhelming. An unexpected bonus: I’ve noticed my skin looks remarkably fresh and bright.Value Impression:The value is a bit of a sticking point for me. At $35 for a 22–45 day supply, it is on the pricier side, especially since it does not include precursors like NMN or NR. To get the “full mileage” out of this supplement, many users will feel the need to purchase those precursors separately, adding to the total cost. The value would be significantly improved if those were included in the formula.

    Sounds too good to be true

    I was drawn to this supplement because it contains both resveratrol and quercetin, both of which I was taking separately. I like that this combines them into a single formulation. I like too that the formulation is vegan. As for its effectiveness, while it is challenging to appraise a supplement unless you’ve taken it for at least a little while, I can say that it tastes fine and hasn’t given me any adverse effects like stomach upset; neither have I noticed my energy level changed, nor the quality of my skin tone. As for ease of use, it comes in capsule form; it’s not oversized and is pretty easy to swallow. The product is distributed in the US but manufactured in China so I do question the level of regulatory oversight, which does give me pause. Also, the product description claims to support vitality and promote longevity, which is a stretch for any pill to make.

    Noticeable energy boost but a bit pricey.

    I bought this NAD+ supplement for my wife to try, and she mentioned she does feel a slight boost in energy since starting it. She takes it daily as directed and hasn’t had any negative side effects.We like that it combines nicotinamide riboside with resveratrol, green tea, and other herbal ingredients in one formula. It feels like a comprehensive supplement aimed at energy and healthy aging support. They’re capsules so fairly easy to swallow with a little water or orange juice. Standard quality for these types of gel capsules.The main downside is the price — it’s definitely on the expensive side compared to other supplements. Still, since she’s noticed some benefits, we’re giving it four stars overall
