I am a little surprised it’s not geared towards pregnant women; with most things it says pregnant or nursing mothers and children under 18 and individuals with known a medical condition should consult a physician before using this product. Good for upset stomachs or nausea. The lemon balm is calming. Dandelion helps you body produce bile and is great for your liver. The liver has a lot to do with digestion. Helps your body digest fats.Vegan. Nut free. Gluten free. Cruelty free. Sugar free. The batch I received lasts 2 years before expiration date. 30 servings per bag. Good quality. This is a personal preference thing, but I really dislike the flavor of ginger. I know its good for you, but I really dont like the taste. These arent terrible, but I as hoping for more of a peach flavor but all I can taste is a mild to medium ginger flavor.

I will be honest while writing this review. I am honestly amazed at how well these gummies work. I intended to wait seven days before writing a review; however, by the next morning, after my first night of trying them, I noticed a significant difference. I deal with an autoimmune disease and am not regular. To be honest, I suffer from a lot of bloating and water weight discomfort, sometimes even when I have not eaten a full meal. When I first started taking these, I took them in the morning, but that did not feel very beneficial. The second night, I took them in the evening and woke up noticing a huge difference. I went to the restroom regularly, which is a first for me. The third night, I took them in the evening again, out of curiosity to test if they worked better in the evening versus the morning. Yes, I had the exact same experience the following morning. I noticed a significant change in stomach bloating, which made a huge difference and made me feel overall comfortable, along with slightly better sleep. I am on day four of taking these, and they manage to break through my menstrual bloating as well.When it comes to flavor and texture, this gets five stars across the board. The flavor is actually delicious and does not have a weird aftertaste. I love lemon, so to me, this was similar to eating a tea-flavored gummy. You can taste all of the flavors. The texture of the gummy was not hard, firm, or powdery. It did not taste awkward or medicinal; it is actually very delicious. The overall quality honestly passes the test for me, and I have not even used these for a full week.I take two gummies in the evening right before I am ready to go to bed; that way, I am only drinking water in the evening. These are pleasant and slightly spicy tasting gummies which provide 18% of your fiber intake. Considering most Americans fail to consume the recommended amount of fiber each day these are likely to be providing a much more significant amount of fiber in their diets. So if you eat a lot of processed food, don’t like whole grains, and don’t eat your vegetables this would be a helpful addition and tastes a lot better than more traditional fiber supplements.The addition of ginger (which explains the spicy taste) and a few other extracts are traditional digestive remedies. The other ingredients are mostly sugar substitutes which is nice as you need a lot of sweetness to balance the ginger but don’t necessarily want to make this hit your metabolism like eating a bunch of candy.The negative is that they’re relatively expensive. There are 30 doses in the bag and at $23 it’s quite pricy. It’s also a much better idea to get your fiber from eating whole grains, legumes, and vegetables but given how expensive groceries are these days that’s not necessarily an easy or affordable task.
