At the forefront of this review, you should be aware of what you are purchasing, this is a through and through one of thee most intense pre-workout mixtures on the market, and there is likely little room for any doubts in that respect! Blackmarket already has quite the reputation within this space for producing high quality supplements, with that in mind, Rule lives up to that name and carries the banner forward.Now onto the pre-workout itself:- Alpha GCP is one of the safest stimulants for the brain, in that there are zero adverse side effects in its consumption which has quite the plethora of backed case studies to aid in this claim for those that are interested. With that in mind, please be aware that this has been attributed with the ‘tunnel vision’ effect, as this is geared towards providing an enhanced hyper-focus, again not for the faint of heart and you’ll immediately be able to tell the difference.- 485 mg of caffeine is well quite the handful for even the most experienced of enthusiasts, I’ll be the first to say that 1 scoop was more than enough, however, its worth stating that this is an extreme supplement and as such interested parties are likely already aware of that. I can’t speak to all of the included ingredients, if there are any potential allergies or concerns, do your due research beforehand.- The peachring flavor actually tastes excellent, I was somewhat skeptical at first, but it paired extremely well as a pre-workout flavor, I gotta say that this was ice-ing on the cake!- In terms of overall effectiveness, there has been no subtle or noticeable loss of energy while taking this supplement, as I haven’t experienced the ‘fated drop’ and overall this has been more than enough for pre-workout usage cases.I would strongly recommend starting with one scoop, as this alone could be more than enough to up your game in the gym!

Decent Energy, But the Peach Flavor Doesn’t Work for Me

I bought the BLACKMARKET Rule pre-workout in Peach Rings flavor mainly for the high-stim formula and nootropic ingredients. Overall, it’s a solid product in terms of performance — the energy hits hard and clean with that 485mg caffeine blend, and I definitely noticed better focus and drive during workouts without feeling overly jittery or crashing hard afterward.That said, the taste is the main reason I’m only giving it 3 stars. The peach flavor just doesn’t mix well, especially when I try to combine it with my usual chocolate protein shakes. It ends up tasting off and artificial — kind of clashes instead of blending smoothly. On its own with just water, it’s drinkable but not enjoyable or “crave-worthy” like the product description claims. If you’re someone who sticks to plain water or lighter flavors, it might be fine, but for anyone mixing with chocolate or other strong profiles, it’s a miss.If the energy and focus are your priority and you can tolerate (or even like) the peach taste, it’s worth trying. For me, the effectiveness is there, but the flavor drags it down enough to keep it at average.Would buy again? Maybe in a different flavor if they offer one.This keeps it fair, highlights the positives you mentioned (energy), explains the taste issue clearly, and fits a genuine 3-star vibe without being overly negative. Feel free to tweak any wording to make it sound more like you!

Fully Loaded Formula

My nephew is back in the gym and needed an extra boost. I saw BlackMarket Rule Pre-Workout and immediately ordered it. The label reads like a cool chemistry experiment. The ingredients are clean and don’t include fillers or additives. This workout powder is the real deal and contains clinically dosed nootropics. He appreciated the focus, energy, mood and balance that he has while using it. The heavy dosage of caffeine scared both of us.But he assured me that it didn’t make him ‘spike & crash’ but rather acted like a time-release throughout his workouts with some to spare. It blends pretty well and he’s still getting used to the ‘candy-like’ flavor. Start with a lower dose to gauge your tolerance to the formula. The tub offers 40 servings at one scoop. If you break that down, it runs about $1.50 per serving. This deal is solid when one serving costs less than a cup of coffee or an energy drink.

Two scoops was a little too intense!!

I like high stim preworkouts so I mixed 2 slightly rounded scoops with 12 oz of water. It fully mixed easily in a shaker cup without the mixer ball with no grit. It foamed up a little at the top after mixing but was immediately drinkable even though you could see the foam only the liquid went into my mouth when I tipped the shaker cup. It had a strong peach smell and flavor which really good especially considering peach is not a flavor I would normally go for. Also it was a more natural tasting peach flavor it did not have a chemical taste. I mixed it up and started drinking at 2:05pm and finished at 2:15pm ( I sipped it slowly).2:27pm I started feeling an itchy tingling feeling. That feeling lasted about 20 mins. Like a niacin flushing reaction (I don’t see niacin listed in the ingredients for this though). I felt a hyper alertness/focus as well. Driving to the gym I was seeing and noticing everything around me. I was super alert. 235pm arrived at the gym. I did my normal chest workout and the weights felt lighter on regular bench press. I was getting down to the music on my headphones and tapping my feet waiting between sets.2:49pm- I started regretting starting with 2 scoops and thinking I should have started with one. No nausea but too much of a stim feeling. 252pm- burped a few times and felt better. The min wait time between sets went by so slowly. 2:56pm- halfway through my chest workout – feeling very alert and stimmed up but feel like the ramp up is slowing and I’m at the max stim- sort of reaching the peak. 3:01pm- doing my last set on incline. Normally I have a little left shoulder pain. I feel no pain but still taking it slow bc I don’t want to aggravate my rotator cuff. Burped a few more times.308pm – finished 2nd chest exercise and had to take a bathroom break (number 1). Started feeling much better no longer a too much feeling more of a great feeling.3:12pm- got to chest fly machine and did whole weight stack. Felt super easy- much less effort than normal.322pm- burped a few more times. Doing 250lb tricep pushdown. Feeling great and plowing through reps. Still super stimmed.358pm- feel awesome. Super stimmed but the perfect level. Just finished two bicep exercises and a forearm workout. Doing abs now. Still burping a little. I really really like this preworkout but 2 scoops is a little extreme for me during the ramp up.For the rest of the night I was super alert and had a ton of energy. However, it kept me awake in bed for awhile making it hard to fall asleep. Considering I took 2 scoops and took this late in the day that’s probably why.I’m going to stick to 1.5 scoops going forward and take this earlier in the day. Overall this supplement is awesome and I highly recommend it. However, I think the instructions on the label were right saying to start out with 1 scoop to assess tolerance because for me the 2 scoops was a little rough during the ramp up.Edit 1/17/2026- I’ve switched to only taking this on Saturdays for bench press. 1.75 scoops is the sweet spot for me. Taking this is like going into “GOD MODE” while at the gym. It’s just insane the energy drive strength and focus this stuff gives you! For real most powerful preworkout I’ve ever taken – even stronger than Jack3D original formula (which was later banned)!!!
