It works but you absolutely must research the ingredients
This stuff is very powerful (and with a name Bone Crusher it had absolutely better be). I have had many, many pre-workouts of varying strength and focus (stim, no-stim, pump, etc.) and I would classify this pre-workout as extreme. A prospective user needs to carefully investigate the ingredients and decide if it’s right for them. Why do I say that? Primarily because of two ingredients: Rauwolscine (i.e. alpha-yohimbine) is an extremely strong stimulant that has side-effects and medicine interactions (and the dosage, while not huge, isn’t conservative) and Kanna, which is a very strange thing to find in a pre-workout (and can side-effects and mood effects).My other ingredient comments are that the ivy is kind of a pointless inclusion, I like the lower caffeine content (and frankly it should be, given the other stimulants), and I wish they had used L-citrulline instead of Nitrosigine (saves tub space with a smaller dose probably). And finally, I know the intersection of people taking high power pre-workouts and those who care about food additives might not be huge, but I’m one of them. And if you are too, know that this stuff has sucralose, acesulfame potassium, silicon dioxide, and calcium silicate.If you are a fan of very high stim pre-workouts and you are looking for more than caffeine provides, I guardedly recommend this as it the effect at the gym was undeniable for me. But research it carefully and stay away if you are beginner user of pre-workouts.

This pre-workout has been a great addition to my fitness routine! The Tropical Peach flavor tastes refreshing and mixes easily without a gritty texture. Excellent Pre-Workout for Energy and Endurance
I’ve been really impressed with this BLACK SKULL pre-workout. It has become a great addition to my training routine, especially on days when I need an extra push to get through a tough workout. The formula is designed around energy, endurance, and performance, and I’ve found it gives me the boost I’m looking for without making my workout feel overly complicated.The powder mixes easily, and I like that it doesn’t leave a bunch of residue at the bottom of the shaker. Solid Pre Workout
I am an avid user of pre workout supplements and have tried most of the big brands, but was not familiar with Black Skull so this is my first trial run with one of their products. This is a good pre workout, I found it provided good focus and energy for my workouts this week.Since my caffeine tolerance is pretty high I used a full scoop 15-30 minutes before my workout mixed with water and it provided me with a good boost of energy without feeling overstimulated. The powder mixed very well with water and did not feel grainy. I got the peach flavor which was decent, I will say it has a slightly chemical aftertaste but I am normally drinking my pre workout pretty quickly so it isn’t a major issue for me but something to consider with this flavor.The last thing I’ll mention is that this is produced in the USA and they are transparent with the ingredients used in their formula which I appreciate since some brands are less open about sharing those details. Overall, this is a brand I will look to in the future for additional purchases, but I may try a different flavor next time and see if the aftertaste is better with a different flavor.

This is an intense scoop!

I’m not affiliated with the company in any way but they provide veteran discounts, have an ambassador program, and focus on various supplement formulas such as Energy & Focus, Strength & Pump, Recovery & Muscle, and Fat Loss.I was able to pick up the Bone Crusher Pre-Workout and as a dude who works out frequently and likes testing products on himself … this thing delivers. It is not for the faint of heart, literally. I blasted legs and thought I might put the leg press through the wall. Good thing it was nailed down and secured. The peach flavor is on point and smells super sweet and inviting when you crack open the lid. I did not have any issues with clumping or mixing. Shake shake shake drink and get ready.I like to think I’m fairly resistant to stimulants but this mix is gonna get you there and beyond. 350MG of caffeine, L-Citrulline, Beta-Alanine, L-Tyrosine, there’s a lot of good stuff going on with this blend. If you are sensitive to stimulants, you likely want to look elsewhere at the product line to find something. They do have a non-stim pump based formula as well. You definitely want to start with a half scoop like they recommend and feel it out. Not for the later evening workouts, but might be a solid way to start a weekend and have fuel left over to knock out all those weekend chores and errands. Probably eat a little something before consumption as well. Solid product, solid results, lock in and go! Curious to see how the product line continues to evolve.

Good Boost But Not My Favorite
Let me start by saying I only used half a scoop, and I’m glad I did. For me, the Tropical Peach flavor was way too strong and had a very artificial taste. I’m mostly a water, coffee, and tea drinker, so flavored energy drinks aren’t really my thing. If you’re similar, I’d definitely recommend starting with half a scoop mixed with the normal amount of water before deciding if you want more.Mixability could also be better. I tried using both a frother and a shaker bottle, and while it looked like everything had dissolved, I found quite a bit of powder settled at the bottom of my cup after it sat for a bit.As for the performance, I have to give it credit. Even at only half a scoop, I noticed a solid energy boost that actually felt stronger than my usual morning coffee. I spent the morning working in my warehouse, and it helped me stay energized without making me feel jittery or causing a crash afterward, which was a pleasant surprise.That said, I probably won’t keep using it. The energy was good, but between the overpowering flavor and the powder not mixing very well, it just wasn’t worth it for me. I’d honestly rather have a quad shot of espresso on the days I need an extra boost because it’s something I actually enjoy drinking. If taste doesn’t bother you and you’re looking for a strong pre workout, this may be a better fit for you than it was for me.

I like the flavor…
A few key points here… The extended release caffeine is nice, there was no crash with this pre workout and the suggested serving size was adequate for me at 5’10” 250lb to not get too jittery. The flavor is actually good and it mixes well but not great. I would rate it a 8 out of 10 overall for price and value. I currently am mixing this in a smoothie because it seems to work best for me this way rather than just in a tumbler with water. This is a personal choice though. If you like peach and enjoy a good pick me up pre workout with extended release caffeine, creatine, and amino compounds, this is a good choice made right here in the USA.
