I wanted to try this supplement out because I had heard of it but never experienced what it tasted like and the possible benefits. Honestly, I put one gummy in my mouth and had to spit it out because the flavor was horrible for my tastebuds. I would want other people to tell me if they did not like the flavor of a product so I would have a warning prior to ordering it. I was hoping that over time I would be able to tolerate it and post a positive review of the black seed oil with Tumeric and Pomengranate. I know that Tumeric is good for anti-inflammatory issues and have tasted pomengranates before and like them so it must have been the black seed oil that was the overpowering flavor in the gummy. I wish others a good experience with this product but I cannot say that it helped me or that I was able to swallow it easily because that would be a lie. If you are sensitve to odd or strong flavors, becareful before ordering this one and make sure it is something you would have no issues with.

There are so many good reasons to take Black Seed oil, but it’s best to do your own research and/or talk to your doctor. For me, I take them to use as an antioxidant, and I feel so much better when I do. The price of this when I originally ordered this item was $29.99, which isn’t bad for 120 gummies. 5/5 stars, for sure!
