The only way I can make myself eat liver
I know it’s very good for me, but I really can’t stand the taste of liver. No matter how I cook it or what I other foods I mix it into, I just can’t make it taste palatable, so I was very glad to find that these desiccated liver capsules have almost no taste to them, and there’s no aftertaste, either. I can smell them when I first open the bag every day, but it’s not very strong and it doesn’t linger.The gelatin capsules are a normal size and light brown in color. They are smooth and easy to swallow, and I’ve experienced no stomach upset or reflux issues in the hours after taking them. I do prefer to take liver supplements early in the day as I often get a burst of energy from them, but I’ve had no problems taking them later in the day.The bag contains 90 capsules and three capsules make up one serving, so each bag contains a one-month supply. The price seemed high initially, but considering that it comes from animals that are not given injections and other undesirable substances (which is almost impossible to find these days unless you happen to know a local rancher), the cost is understandable. At the moment, this product is only available in one size, but I’m hoping they will soon offer a bag that contains three months worth so I don’t have to reorder as often.

The pills are easy to swallow and is high-quality. Just started taking it home so I can’t say too much about feeling good. I can tell you what’s in. This has a lot of trace vitamins and minerals that we are missing. Because of the pure ingredients it makes this formula pretty effective.

This bison liver supplement is easy to swallow. I personally don’t like liver, but my body uses a lot of iron in blood production. While I have been taking this supplement I have not had to gag trying to eat liver, and I have still been able to keep my iron levels up. So it seems this is definitely easier for me to absorb the iron out of than compared to taking iron pills.

I have been dealing with some hormonal and balance and iron absorption issues for a while now, and I have heard a lot of good things about consuming liver to help with this. I have never eaten bison, nor tried a bison liver supplement before. I love that It’s an antibiotic free, added hormone free, additive free. It checks a lot of boxes for me. It’s grass fed liver, with a small amount of crushed whole bone. It does not say whether or not to consume with or without food, It just says to take it with water, so I’m not sure what is better for absorption. I haven’t experienced any adverse affects yet and I’m still in the early stages of adding this into my regimen so I can’t speak on the results. However, as a supplement that is free of a lot of Nasty additives, I would say that I like it and it looks promising in regards to helping my overall health

I like the organ-based supplements as a good source of both listed vitamins and trace elements. This is a good example of that. It’s also easy to take, odorless, flavorless, and has a good supply of the supplement. It comes in easy packaging. I hope supplements like this become more common. Recommended.

This Bison Liver made by the Wellness company arrived in a small paper bag/pouch with a manufactured date and lot number stamped on the back of the bag. Upon opening the bag there is a fresh smell, reminded me of hay. The capsules are medium sized and easy for me to swallow. I’m taking the suggested serving size of three capsules per day with a large glass of water. I’ve not experienced any digestive upset at all since starting this supplement. I appreciate that the ingredients are natural and additive free. I find this to be a good quality supplement that will improve my health. The current price is $34.99 for a one month supply or a little less with subscription. I intend to take this for a full month and decide at the end of if I will be purchasing again.
