    Worked within hours

After a bout of mastitis, my supply was really low, and I was freaking out. I was pumping after feedings, power pumping, and waking up to pump while taking fenugreek/blessed thistle and eating lactation bites loaded with brewers yeast and gulping mothers milk tea. Nothing seemed to be changing. I was obsessively googling low milk supply thru my tears and stumbled upon a blogger recommending this product and figured why not? I had it overnighted since we were going out of town and took one capsule when it arrived at 10pm. By 2am when my baby woke up, I could tell a huge difference – my letdown was strong and came quickly and I could hear my son swallowing for significantly longer than he had in awhile. I took three capsules over the next day and one more the following day and haven’t had to take any since because my milk supply is so plentiful now. I don’t know if these were just the icing on the cake or the magic bullet since I was doing so many other things to increase my supply, but the response seemed to be from the supplement. I definitely recommend trying these if your supply has dropped or if you need to boost your supply.

    Worked for me!

I’m not sure they work as well as the tincture, but they do the trick just fine (and taste much better lol). I’m almost at my year mark with BF; along with staying hydrated and getting my calories with food–I credit these pills to my BF success. The last 3 months I did start taking them with Brewers Yeast pills since we’ve been incorporating food at 4 months, my supply got less and less. 2-3 times a day I take one LTBM pill with 3 BY pills. I recommend these pills to all new mommas.

    MAY NOT Work

This is not in any way intended to be an insult to the company. But, as a new mom, I was desperately searching for a way to make more milk for my child. Let There Be Milk has great reviews as a lactation product. What no one told me, however, is that some women will not be able to find *anything* to improve their milk supply. I am not trying to be a downer, I just want women to understand that there is not always a pill to fix low milk supply. As a woman who has spent hundreds of dollars, and tried about every product on the planet, I can say that these pills are healthy, have a great blend of botanicals, and don’t leave you with a bad taste in your mouth. However, they did not increase my supply. I have not yet found a product that can or has. If you are a first-time tryer of lactation products- definitely give these a try!

As good as anything out there

First let me say that like every first time breastfeeding mother, I have become obsessed with lactation. I’ve sampled almost everything out there that boasts a boost to milk production. This product was purchased because I’m working full time and pumping and my baby is over a year and all these things add up to less and less milk. I would say this product works as well as anything else. I did not miraculously produce hundreds of ounces of milk, but I did see a few more ounces a day, as in two or three (I pump only twice a day at work usually yielding between six and eight ounces total, after a full week of four capsule daily I was consistently at eight with the occasionally good day of nine or ten). The upside to this product is that it is easy to take and swallow, doesn’t make you smell like a stack of flapjacks (you fenugreek mamas know what I’m talking about), and doesn’t taste bad during or after taking, and was moderately effective for me. I’ve heard many people who had better results than me and some few who had no results, everyone is different. I also did not take it for long because my son started getting diarrhea because I had to take antibiotics and just as a precaution I stopped taking supplements until he was feeling better. I will be starting up again and with prolonged use I will see if I get even better results. Overall I would suggest giving these a try as long as you have a realistic view of the results that are possible. There is no miracle that will make a moderate milk producer into an overproducer., but these helped give me a little edge.

    BAD baby belly gas

By most of the reviews I read, I thought I’d be producing a lot, that was not true for me. Drinking WATER was actually the best. VERY BIG CON to this product, it gave my child terrible gas, bloating, and upset stomach. It took me 2 weeks to actually figure out that it was this product. My childSuffered the most. This may work for some, but, it did not work for me. Again, BIG CON, very bad gas and bloating for my child. You’ll need to invest in the WINDI to help your child’s belly if you ha e the problems that i did. Another con: I ordered the pill form, still taste awful! You end up smelling from the pill as well, it’s pricey for all that it is. Drink water!! Best wishes. 🙂

    Not worth it

The pill form seemed to work very well for me. So when I ran out, I purchased the drops in order to get more of into my system. It only increased my milk supply after the first dose. After that, my supply plummeted. My baby drinks 6-9oz per feeding, but now I’m only making about 2oz every 3 hours, IF I’m lucky. I hate that I have to now supplement with formula, my baby REALLY hates it and tried to refuse it. I am very very disappointed.

    Works brilliantly

I was a heavy producer until my milk supply suddenly tanked around 7 weeks postpartum. I found this around week 8 and take two in the morning and it drastically improves my supply to the point I can feed my now four month old solely breast milk and still pump an additional two feeds worth in a day.If I want more than that, I just take a few more capsules and it picks up within hours.Definitely worth it! If you are wanting a safe, more holistic method to boost supply – here you go!

It worked for me :)It worked for me 🙂

It does work, for some less and for others a little more. Take into account that you need to give it time, at first I thought they didn’t work but after nearly a week I suddenly woke up to 7-8 oz first morning feeding and 5-6 oz every 3 hours! My baby didn’t get any side effects, but for some babies isn’t suitable and makes them fussy. Be careful and don’t expect miracles!*Update: When I ran out of these pills I bought many other brands since the price of these are (for me) really expensive since they only last for 2 weeks more or less.. Every other brand was a complete failure and some even dropped my supply. This is by far the best I have tried. I just wish they were a little bit more reasonable with the price!
