Stopped My Periods Completely
Extremely disappointed with the product. I ordered it after reading reviews after reviews of people saying it helped regulate their periods and so on. I have been using this powder supplement for a little over 3 months now and my periods have completely stopped. The only benefit I have been getting is some of the horrible symptoms that come from having PCOS have become more manageable, but it kind of defeats the purpose of the intent when I no longer have periods. I will be going back to my previous brand. I also found that this powder is not tasteless as it states and doesn’t dissolve too well.

This powder is lovely to use. You just tear, pour, drink and done. I add it daily to my morning coffee and you can’t even taste it. If anything it maybe adds a little sweetness. After my first born my menstrual cycle was all over the place this made me regular in addition to the added benefits of occyte health. My energy doesn’t seem negatively effected but the positive isnt significant either.
