This is the perfect biotin supplement! The addition of the B vitamins puts this over the top! I like being able to take supplements in gummy forms. I usually don’t get the opportunity to get many due to the added sugars. I really appreciate being able to take any gummies without sugar. Since most people have no need for additional sugar, I can appreciate any supplements that don’t add it. I was diabetic and I avoid sugar. Although I know that isn’t a problem for everyone, I think that it shows a better product when there is no added negative side effects like rising blood sugar levels. My husband and I have both tried this. We both enjoy the blueberry flavor. It is mild and fruity. We both appreciate the convenience of gummy supplements. I like the fact that this contains most of what I get in a B complex and a biotin supplement. I am not sure what purpose the vegetable oil serves. I think that this would be a better supplement without it, but I still think that this is definitely worth trying!
