This brand was recommended to me by my doctor, and I’ve been taking these for the last six months to help my slightly sluggish thyroid function more optimally. I wanted to use only natural supplements. In conjunction with other things, this selenium supplement seems to have helped my numbers improve, as evidenced by my blood work results. FATIGUE GONE
I rarely leave reviews, much less on supplements. However, this supplement has been a game changer for me for hypothyroidism. I can only take one a day (mid-day with food — not later in the day) as taking twice a day was a bit much for my system. I had crushing fatigue that was debilitating, even after changing my diet to a fully clean way of organic living. I also took supplements to support my recovery. Although all these steps helped, I still could not get past the fatigue that caused me to crash throughout the day. A week after taking this supplement, I have much more energy and am more alert. In addition, I lost two pounds in one week. Something that I could not achieve even with the best diet. I feel better and hope it continues.
