I’ve tried various forms of inositol. Straight myo inositol was effective at clearing my acne and making me calmer, but it made me bloated. D-Chiro inositol helped curb sugar cravings and was moderately effective at keeping my skin clear. But this 40/1 blend of myo and d-chiro inositol has been life changing. I started taking this for a few reasons: to improve the quality of my sleep, lower my blood glucose levels, and help regrow my hair. The jury is still out for the second two reasons, but it does help lower anxiety at night. This may be the gentlest insomnia treatment I’ve ever used, and the most effective.

This supplement is a miracle and worth the price. I have minor symptoms of Pcos, higher than average androgens and shorter cycles. my husband and I began to start trying to conceive our first baby and I began tracking my cycles and understanding ovulation. I didn’t see spikes to show I was ovulation for the first 3 months of studying my cycles so I started to research holistic ways to support my reproductive system. I came across this supplement and we got pregnant two month after taking daily. I am now 13 months postpartum and still breastfeeding. My menses has not come back until I decided to take this supplement again, and two days later, my period came. We are hoping to try for another baby. I feel like this really does what it says it does. Love biotics research brand and trust their products. Highly recommend for the women that have higher androgen or irregular period issues. Doesn’t have much of any taste and very easy to drink.
