    Good source of certain B vits that are needed.

    This is a very specific kind of B vitamin for a specific need so I do suggest you consult a professional in Biotics Research to administer it. However it does provide what my body needs and for that I am grateful . Biotics Research is an amazing company with amazing products with a depth of knowledge of the body’s workings and substances it needs to operate optimumly. There are a vast number of products so you need to make sure you get the one that is right for your body.

    Love this! Works better than SP Cataplex G, and I don’t have to take as many capsules – only 4/day, whereas with Cataplex G I had to take 7/day for the same results. They really help with stress. Doctor no longer needed.
