If you are looking for a probiotic that is made in the US, this one is. It is designed for women’s health and will provide a boost in energy and overall female balance. The interesting feature of this product is that is made in the form of a caplet rather than a capsule. It is not as big as some probiotics and that makes for easier swallowing. I would prefer it to be a once a day item rather than the two caplets a day as prescribed on bottle. The bottle of 60 is really a one month supply.

This is a supplement of probiotics designed for the female biology.It’s supposed to improve digestion and comfort in both the gut and the female areas.I was surprised at how well these are made the ingredients are good they’re made in the USA. And after a few weeks, taking one a day is enough to supplement and continue to get the good benefits.I noticed benefits within a couple weeks, I was more regular more comfortable and seem to be less bloated as well as more comfortable in intimate regions. Overall, I would say at $25, for 60 pills may seem like a lot, but good gut health effects, everything else in the body. When you find a good probiotic, it can be lifestyle changing in more ways than you would realize.And after the initial thirty to sixty days, one bottle would last you two months if you only do one a day like I’ve done.

Good quality, not sure about effectiveness
I took this whole bottle and didn’t actually notice anything… That’s not to say it’s useless, but it seems more preventative than anything.I’m not sure what pomegranate has to do with probiotics, but I do know it’s really good for you, so I suppose it’s good that it’s in there.I’ve also heard that a lot of probiotics don’t survive the stomach, so they’re not very effective when taken orally. But I don’t know about these specific strands.There’s no weird flavors, I didn’t have any quality issues, it all seems like a really good product, I just can’t speak to the effectiveness.

These BioHarmony Probiotics for Women are fine. As with any probiotic, I don’t notice any immediate effect. However, these are easy enough to swallow, don’t upset my stomach at all, and don’t leave any aftertaste. I like that there are 4.2 Billion CFU. I also appreciate that this has pomegranate extract in it, but not sure if that adds any real value. This comes with 60 tablets with a recommended dosage of two per day. So, one bottle should last for one month. At just under $20, this is a little on the high side.

Thoughtful formula for feminine health
I’ve been taking these daily for a while now, with no negative side effects.The pill is pretty small and easy to swallow . You do need to take 2 pills for a whole dose.Good combination of probiotics for vaginal health and some (bifidobacterium infantis and longun) for gut health .Dose (4.3 billion ) is moderate, not super high but enough to be useful without causing bloating.Pomegranates extract is a nice (not sure if necessary) addition .Possible downside – no guaranteed CFU through expiration listed. Contains sorbitol which could cause gas and bloating but I had no issues with it.

I noticed a difference after starting to use.
I have always had gut issues since I was young. My doctors keep recommending that I use prebiotics to help with some of these issues. I decided to try these tablets. Easy enough to do. I prefer tablets to gummies because I like the portability and the fact that I only need to swallow it and be done with it.They’re average sized tablets with a smooth coating making them easy to swallow. There is no flavor that I noticed. I add them to my regular tablet regimen.What I like about these is that they are geared specifically toward women and women’s health. This is definitely something that has been doctor recommended to me for a while. I can’t wait to see what results I get from continued use of this product.I did notice a change in bloating / gas pressure that day. It affected my bowel movement in a positive way. With consistent use I am sure it will improve my situation
