These are definitely working, doing things inside of me. Are they good things…? Idk yet.I don’t doubt the strength at all. I ordered this BioEmblem CoQ10 (90 capsule count) based on recommendations from some of my coworkers. I read the reviews and so far I have to say I agree with them. Caps are smaller than other brands, are easy to swallow and I don’t get an after taste as I sometimes get with other brands. I received the bottle I ordered in the customary 2 day Amazon Prime delivery and on the cap of the bottle there was a label with an advertisement for a free bottle in addition to the original order. I gave it a shot, went to the described company web address and entered the required info but for some reason my order could not be found. I figured “ohh well, no big deal” and gave up on it but the very next day I received an email from the company stating that their records show that I had attemted to claim my free bottle but the request did not appear to have gone through and if I could email them the info and they will take care of it for me. I didn’t hold great hopes but since the info requested was simple such as the order # of the original order I figured what the heck, nothing lost, nothing gained. I waited a few months to really see what this product has to offer and see its benefits. I have to say i am quite impressed of how i have been feeling when using it in conjunction with vitamin d. When taking it i definitely felt the difference, more energy, focus and also helped me in recovering from my workouts. I work out 5 -6x a week so this helps alot in my recovery. I take it for my BP maintenance. Trying to lower my BP naturally. And this product became part of that. What was needed
So I found out that my cholesterol was pretty darn high recently. My mother always had that issue and quite frankly it more than likely comes from stress of our financial situation at the time. I was told by my naturopath that CoQ10 very much supports the heart as well as lots of other functions. They had a brand to offer me of course, but ironically the whole reason I needed it was due to having less than desirable levels of capital. So through searching around I discovered this brand and figured it was the most reasonable and seemingly well respected one around. Since taking it I can say my cholesterol has lowered but in combination with good lifestyle I no longer feel as much of a strain in the areas that were effected prior.

When my husband was put on a statin drug to lower his HDL levels I asked the doctor about the muscle cramps I heard are associated with these drugs. It seems these drugs deplete our natural levels of COQ10 so you need to replenish it to prevent the cramping. He has been taking it for over a year and never a cramp. We started with chewables, but they are pricey. We switched to these because they are easily absorbed, easy to swallow, and are the recommended 200mg in one small softgel per day, for less money too.

Helped my cognition!
I read a lot of reviews and heard from friends the benefits of taking CoQ10 so I thought I would give them a try. They are very easy to swallow. They don’t have any flavor. One friend said she felt more energy after a couple weeks of using them. I haven’t felt anymore energetic and I am on my second bottle. However, this supplement has tremendously improved my memory and ability to verbally recall things. I ran out of my first bottle and didn’t reorder my second bottle right away. When I wasn’t taking them I realized I was struggling to remember and communicate. Once I started on my second bottle I found it easier again. This has been my positive experience!!

Energy levels have gone way up
Before I started taking this supplement, I noticed the past 4 months I was feeling more tired than I normally feel. I was sleeping well, but also having a hard time getting up early, I was just falling right back to sleep (which was kind of nice, because I have a hard time falling back to sleep usually). After a few weeks of using this supplement I am now feeling a lot of energy, at first I even had a hard time falling asleep, but now I have adjusted. I am able to wake up early, feeling ready to get up and work out. I also started taking the triple magnesium complex, produced by the same company, which promotes heart health and energy production as well, so the combo may be the trick.
