I could be very long winded about how great this supplement is but in a nutshell it works. My knees were killing me after hard workouts. Now they’re not. Nuff said… I will never buy any other curcumin supplement other than this. Done!

Folks with hypothyroidism, beware!
Folks with hypothyroidism, be careful with this supplement. Taking this for a month skyrocketed my TSH levels.My TSH has been between 2.1 and 1.9 since I began levothyroxine 2 years ago for hypothyroidism. By coincidence, I had blood tests six weeks apart. (The first test was a regular check on my thyroid function; the second was investigating HRT.)Four weeks of taking 120 mg/day of this Theracurmin supplement resulted in my TSH jumping to 4.01!I couldn’t believe an anti-inflammatory supplement could affect my TSH levels so quickly. But it was absolutely the only change I had made in my lifestyle (diet, supplements, activities). I was feeling impossibly cruddy. Mental fog. Physical exhaustion. Aches everywhere. Two days after stopping the supplement I felt a little better. It took a full week to return to 80% of normal energy levels. And a month to get back to normal.I cannot prove my TSH levels were raised by the theracurmin. I have not taken a third blood test to confirm my TSH levels returned to normal, now that I’ve stopped taking the supplement. I only know that within a few weeks of beginning the supplement I began to feel as if all my hypothyroid symptoms returned simultaneously. My annual blood tests showed my TSH had gradually climbed to 5.0 over five years. Taking this supplement jumped it from 1.9 to 4.01 in a few weeks. It was not fun.It’s worth noting that my hypothyroidism is not from Hashimoto’s, which is the most common cause. I have no idea if folk with Hashimoto’s would have the same reaction.
