Vitamin D is important and this is the best I’ve found
I started using this brand when a clinical trial I was in used this brand saying that they’d found it to be the best available. I’ve been buying this for a decade or more by now and my D levels stay right in the correct range (based on my blood test results). The 5000 IU dosage may be too large for some folks, so one should be sure to test one’s D blood levels to make sure of the correct dosage for oneself. By frequent initial blood tests, I have found I need 10,000 IU to maintain my D level, so this is a good dosage pill for me. Your mileage may vary. 😉
