Tastes Good!
I am happy with the Bio Nutrition Lymph Support Tea, Caffeine Free, 30 Tea Bags, 2 oz (56 g).The tea tastes pretty good, to me anyway. I added a half a teaspoon of sugar to my 8 oz cup, but I probably could have tried it plain. It doesn’t have any strong flavors. I was afraid it would take like licorice because of the anise, but I couldn’t taste that. There must not be much anise in it.The tea takes a while to steep, like most herbal teas do. I let mine steep about five minutes before I tried it. Ten might have been better.I can’t say if it actually cleans your lymphatic system or not. It’s possible. I looked up what herbs are best for promoting lymphatic drainage and AI listed four: ginger, green tea, turmeric, and dandelion. None of those ingredients are in this tea. However, later down the page, AI said Red Clover was also good, and that is in this tea. If ingredients are listed in order from biggest to smallest, though, there is very little red clover as it is the last ingredient. However, the act of drinking anything can help with lymphatic drainage! You are supposed to keep hydrated, so this tea is as good as most other beverages for hydration.I liked the taste of this tea. I thought the price was reasonable. I might buy this product again.

A Gentle, Easy-to-Drink Herbal Tea
I gave the Bio Nutrition Lymph Support Tea a try and here’s how it really felt from my perspective. When I first brewed a bag, I noticed how mild the flavor was. There wasn’t that strong herbal bitterness some detox teas have. Instead I got a subtle, slightly licorice/anise hint, and it felt smooth. According to the listing it’s caffeine-free and designed for “lymph support” and cleansing. What I liked:It’s easy to fit into a routine. I used it after lunch or in the evening when I wanted something calming.Because it’s caffeine-free, I didn’t worry about it affecting my sleep when I had it later in the day.The mild flavor means I didn’t avoid it. Some herbal teas feel like “medicine”; this felt more like a pleasant beverage.

for detox
This tea is for cleansing your lymph nodes. I do it for two weeks three times a day, then stop for a week. It does make you pee a lot, but it does cleanse and support your immune system. I do not have the time or money to get a lymph massage, and this helps as much as that.

Gentle and tastes good. Best diluted.
It does work
TAROTTI –
Extremely subtle, nearly flavorless with a faint hint of anise/licorice.
First Impressions & Taste Experience:Upon trying the Bio Nutrition Lymph Support Tea, I was prepared for the worst after reading reviews describing it as “disgusting.” However, my experience was far from that—though not exactly exciting either. The tea is remarkably mild, bordering on tasteless, with only the slightest whisper of anise (licorice) detectable after steeping two tea bags for a full hour. If you’re expecting a bold or even moderately herbal flavor, you’ll be disappointed. That said, the lack of strong flavor isn’t necessarily a drawback. I actually appreciated its neutral base, as it allows for easy customization. Adding powdered ginger, cinnamon, clove, or even a splash of milk and sweetener transforms it into a more palatable wellness drink. However, if you prefer your teas ready-to-drink without enhancements, this one might feel underwhelming for the price.Ingredients & Health BenefitsThe tea’s main appeal lies in its well-balanced, herbal ingredients, which include:Red Clover (supports lymphatic function)Cleavers (traditionally used for detox)Echinacea & Goldenseal (immune support)Anise Seed & Ginger (digestive aid, subtle flavor contributors)For those seeking a caffeine-free herbal blend that supports lymphatic health, the formula is excellent. The lack of artificial flavors or strong herbs means it’s gentle enough for daily use without overwhelming the palate.Value & PracticalityAt its current price point, I expected a more distinct flavor profile. Compared to other medicinal or wellness teas, this one falls short in taste—though it makes up for it in versatility. It’s not a tea I’d serve to guests, but for personal, health-focused use, it works well as a base for customized blends.Final Verdict: 3.5/5 Stars (Good, but Lacks Flavor Impact)✔ Pros:High-quality, beneficial herbal ingredientsCaffeine-free and gentleNeutral taste allows for easy customization✖ Cons:Nearly flavorless on its ownPricier than comparable herbal teas with more tasteConclusion: If you’re drinking this strictly for the health benefits and don’t mind adding your own flavors, it’s a solid choice. However, if you want an enjoyable tea experience straight from the bag, you might find it lacking. Given the price, I’d recommend it only to those prioritizing function over flavor.(Note: My blended vitamin experiment remains the true “disgusting” champion—this tea is nowhere near that level!)

Great Taste
Bio Nutrition Lymph Support Tea, 30 Tea Bags.I thought I would try this for some of the health benefits and lymphatic cleans. It’s too soon to tell if this is effective or not.Lymphatic Support tea has been known to relax the digestive tract, reducing inflammation and soothing the gut lining ,increase metabolism and help with fat breakdown. The tea also helps by acting as a diuretic and flushing out toxins. Drinking this tea every day also helps with the liver.I have a friend who keeps on top of all of the supplements and she’s trying everything all the time and then tells me her results and suggests that I try it so here I am with this one! Then we get together and report our results to each other. The product is very good tasting. I love tea and I love coffee but I always feel healthier when I have a cup of tea. What I liked most about this is it sort of reminds me of a licorice tea but that’s because of the anise in it . I love black licorice and I love black licorice tea so this reminds me of that so much. It’s naturally sweet from the Anise and I really like the taste.A truly great tea should taste good and this does taste good. It’s a good quality and priced at $.33 a teabag. A 30 day supply will cost $9.99.The price of this is comparable with other teas on the market. The box arrived sealed in plastic and then I removed the plastic and the individual teabags are in another plastic bag. They are not individually wrapped teabags.Overall I’m happy with the product and it was nice to try a different brand of tea.
