I like these gummy Milk Thistle globs because they taste good. Frankly, I do not know anything about “liver cleansing,” or other types of detoxing. I am a little suspicious about what I consider “over-selling” a supplement. The only reason I decided to try these is because my Doctor suggested they might help me a little. I do not have any symptoms of discomfort, but hey, you have to do what your doctor says, right? So, I tried these (finished the whole bottle), and I see my doctor in a couple of weeks. I will see if he is happy now. For people who want or need to take Milk Thistle, I would recommend trying these. They go down easily, because they are chewable and taste good. 🙂

Yummy! I love the taste!
It’s been a long time since I actually enjoyed the taste of something that is supposed to be good for me. I wish the dosage was bigger so I could eat more of them. My cholesterol was somewhat high and my liver readings were a little off at my last check up, so I have been taking supplements to try to get things back to normal naturally. While I can’t attest to how well these gummies work, I can say that they are super tasty. I won’t be forgetting to take these. The recommended dosage is 2 gummies and they are easy to chew. I’m pleased with them.
