Energizing!
I’ve only been taking this for about a week. In reality,I haven’t a clue what I’m doing!! How would you know if it was helping really? So far, my experience with it was making the mistake of taking a dose before bed. I could NOT get to sleep. So I’m assuming that the increased energy to get things done around the house, I can contribute to this product.

Not fresh !! Not even a year before expiration !! Not cordyceps sinensis !!
I purchased this item like I do with many other supplements (knowing Amazon has fresh stock in their warehouses)This was not the case !!! See for yourself: the expiration date it’s only months not even years before it can’t be used.I like to stock many things and this is important to me…because you never know when a new eerie pandemic can hit !!! So… At least 1 year before expiration should be offered !!!Also this is Cordyceps Militaris However if you like to close pay attention to small letters the depicted image showing the label of the product in the second image says: (you need to expand the second image) ORGANIC MESIMA MUSHROOM (Phellinus Linteus)Again this is Cordyceps but this is Cordyceps Militaris. I should have known better because I was looking for CORDYCEPS SINENSIS which is the real deal if you read a little bit. However as I said before the label is misleading.
