i really like the ingredient list on this product label i have been using my cell phone a lot with the sun being quite bright and together it does make my eyes hurt this is an excellent formula for eye health but i absolutely do not believe those quality herbs on in this bottle i feel like consuming it is harmful to my welfare i got it at a very good price but i would rather purchase from a better brand and pay more to be safe i do not recommend this tincture at all

I was researching things we can do for our eyes, and I wanted to try this tenmido bilberry extract. I heard it was very beneficial, and over the week I’ve been taking it, it seems to add that extra vitamin boost. We always think of vitamins for other things, and overlook the health of our eyst and so far I’m liking it. I was researching it to see whether you should take it on an empty stomach or with a meal, and it comes down to your preference. I take it on an empty stomach every morning when I wake up, and the taste is not bad at all. So far, I like the blend, and I just squeeze it under my tongue and swallow it. It says that you can mix it with drinks or other things, so that’s your preference as well.
