Delicious but low potency Spermidine Supplement with additional vitamins
The BigVita Yuth Gummy Spermidine supplement tastes like delicious strawberry candy but has a rather low amount of Spermidine, 3mg per serving. Most studies I’ve seen recommend 10mg per day, meaning that this 15 serving container would actually only last 5 days if taking that amount. Also, because they are sweetened with xylitol, and contain a potent dose of biotin, I definitely don’t want to take more than indicated.The manufacturer does not cite cGMP or 3rd Party certifications. The product is made in USA but ingredient sources are not specified.Overall this is too low potency to recommend, and quite expensive for the quantity supplied.

Wow are these sour
Thank goodness this gummy supplement is small and only one gummy per serving. At a dollar per gummy I think they are very expensive and one pack most likely won’t provide any noticeable results with only a 2 week supply. The gummy itself is very sour, to me. I love the idea of this gummy, but the taste and cost are why I would not order them again.

Tasty and Convenient, Looking Forward to Results!
These gummies are incredibly tasty, and I love chewing them. They have a good mix of ingredients. I am very excited about the Yüth (Spermidine) for cellular renewal. This is my favorite ingredient. I do like that there is Biotin for hair and nails, Vitamin C for brightening skin, and Vitamin A for boosting skin and hair health. I have not seen immediate results yet (especially since there are only 15 gummies).However, I’m hopeful about what they can do. I think these could be great for fighting travel fatigue and daily life stresses as well as they seem packed with nourishing ingredients. Looking forward to seeing their long-term benefits! They are easy to use and eat because of their amazing taste. The package also has a small form factor.Suggestions for improvement~Improve overall value (more gummies per packet or larger size)~State when results should be seen, this may improve value perception

The gummies are strawberry flavored, taste good, easy to chew and dissolves well without sticky to my teeth.I saw nothing listed in the nutritional facts that would cause me not to take. I like the combination of ingredients based on my dietary goals. They have the ability to be beneficial for hair, nails and skin. Qualitatively, I had no adverse reactions while consuming. I took it with and without food and other supplements.Overall, I felt it was a good product but value wise it is expensive based on the number of servings. I would still recommend this product to others.
