Good supplement to help with eye health

I’ve only been using CoCrystal Lutein+ a few weeks, but so far I’m pleased with the product. The product arrived in a nice glass bottle and are made in USA, both of which I always appreciate with supplements. The capsules are smaller than most other supplements I take and the color is sort of a burnt orange. I had no issues swallowing and no issues with the taste, however, there is a slight aftertaste that isn’t terribly unpleasant but it is noticeable — especially if you take it without other food.I am getting close to 50 years old and I have noticed eyesight issues recently. I’ve been blessed with good eyesight and never needed glasses for my day-to-day, but as I’m aging I’m having difficulty focusing when I quickly change perspective from near to far. I’m not expecting this product to reverse the effect of aging eyes, but I’m hoping it will help slow it down.For years I have had issues with dry eyes. A few days a year, usually one eye feels like it’s rubbed up against sandpaper. My vision is blurry and it’s hard to keep my eyelid open. Then the next day it’s gone. This is an acute problem, and I think sinus related, but I’m hoping this product will help with that — time will tell. The vitamins in this supplement lutein and zeaxanthin are supposed to help with dry eyes.Lutein is a vitamin that helps your retina health, and I don’t get much in my diet (leafy greens like spinach and kale). There is 25MG of lutein in this supplement which is a good dosage. I recommend trying these if you do have eye issues or want to slow down the natural eyesight aging process.
